I've been a patient of Dr. D'Souza for 26 years. She has 1st rate training, does not rush, explains everything patiently and keeps up to date with new dental technologies. Really great care in dental emergencies and her staff personnel are both charming and competent.

She ruined my smile for $9000 and it took 6months(without any teeth !) because they were completely irresponsible concerning my care . The partials don't fit and all she has done is make excuses. She has made no adjustments or even looked at them or in my mouth ! I can't chew and get headaches from them . They are the wrong size and my lips are dropping . I brought all this to her attention. All she has done is make excuses for her mistakes. I ev asked her 4or 5times to please do it right . She says it is right but hasn't looked at them so I don't know how she thinks that .

I have had dental anxiety from bad dentists since I was a kid but Dr. DSouza is wonderful. I've been able to bring my 1 year old with me, which has been great in allowing me to go to my visits without searching for childcare. She's really a great dentist and super compassionate. Even though I have to pay out of pocket because my insurance won't work with her office, it's still worth it just for the great dentist work and being able to bring my baby along. I'm not afraid to have her work on me and I'd give more stars if I could.

I ask the receptionist if they took my insurance before booking an appointment and she said yes they take all insurance but when I went there the lady said they don't take my insurance. What a waste of time.

Looking to the future, not the pasture. Paul Stanley said that years ago and I found it apropos in this situation. Dr. D'Souza has prepped me for anticipated progression of my dental health and provided me options to consider as events develop. I appreciate she doesn't simply treat the current issues.

Dr.DSouza is a very good Dentist. She is great at saving your teeth. She really cares for her patients.She explains everything thoroughly and doesn't rush you.

The only dentist I have been to and I fell asleep in the chair. Very gentle, very professional service from Dr DSouza and staff.... a comfortable experience, highly recommended

Awful!!! Would give 0 stars if possible!! Worst experience at a dentist or health care provider ever!!! 930 appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. Waited 1 hour to even be brought back. Had absolutely no information despite filling out all requested paperwork. Then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my X-rays so couldn't do anything today - mind you I provided them all info requested upon scheduling and was told they would request the records from dentist. Dr started to do a quick examination, then proceeded to ask me why I was having the issues - I don't know I'm not the doctor that's why I was sent! I was hesitant to allow her to poke at sensitive spots due to pain and was told I was hostile and stressed and the problem as a result. I was then told they couldn't do anything today and I'd have to come back after they got the X-rays. Absolutely no compassion for dental anxiety whatsoever , no preparation for new patients and full on patient blaming! Wasted almost 2 hours of my time to do nothing!!!!

This dental practice is fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient, easy to get to and the staff are the friendliest. I've been a patient here for over 20 years and I've always had the most caring and professional service. I can't recommend this dental office highly enough.

I have, as have my husband and children been seeing Dr. D'Souza for years. She genuinely cares about our overall health. The time she allocates to individuals, her professionalism. And the quality of her service are all exemplary. We all have beautiful and healthy smiles, thanks to her. Even when our son moved to Boston, he did not want another dentist. He continues to see her every six months for his check ups.
