At Avondale Family Dental Care, PC, we are committed to ensuring your mouth is in excellent condition. We make this possible by offering a variety of procedures that share one common goal: Improving the health of your mouth.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
They have a great dedication to the community and for the past 20 years they have been donating free dental services to community organizations in Arizona such as Mission of Mercy, Give a Kid a Smile, Special Olympics as well as the communities in need throughout the world including Nepal, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Vietnam.

OMG Ms. Katherine (aka Jackie) is the ________! From the time she answers the phone to the time your appointment is done and you are walking out of the door she is amazing. No answering service needed. Everyone should have a Katherine (aka Jackie) for their organization. The dental service was also superb and very "me" focused. I felt comfortable and they met and beat all of my dental expectations. I was in pain afterwards but it was worth it. I just made appointments for my other family members you should too! They will thank you for it.

OMG! This place is Amazing!! Catherine is the first face you see as you walk in! She is the true example of a Professional in her field who has passion! She treats everyone with genuine kindness! She goes out of her way to make things possible! In todays world we need more Catherine's! The whole staff here is amazing and they make you feel comfortable! Dr. Nguyen and his staff make going to the dentist enjoyable! Yep I said it!! I highly recommend you see this Dentist if you have any dental needs!!

Finding a dental office where I feel comfortable has always been a challenge. I called originally for a emergency filling that fell out. Catherine is such a sweet heart made me feel at home instantly. As part of the lgbt community being a Trans male they just made me feel so comfortable let me add I was also called by my preferred name without any questions or hesitation and answered all my questions with so much knowledge . The whole team is just amazing. I'm grateful to have found this office everyone there is just amazing .. Thank you doctor and the whole team for my great dental work and making my appointments pleasurable, fast and easy!

First and foremost, I would like to say that I have such fear and anxiety seeing the dentist! From the moment I spoke with the medical secretary/coordinator, Jackie, I expressed my fears and I am sure I wasn't making much sense due to my anxiety. She was able to ease my fears and her kindness and understanding was beyond what I expected and/or have received from other facilities. She was extremely efficient she added compassion to a very nervous client (me) and once she told me she's been working with Dr. Bui for 17 years, I knew I found the right practice! Now, lets get to Dr. Ashley Bui, OMG!! Words can't even express her genuine beauty and extreme kindness! She could see my anxiety and her professionalism was the BEST I have ever experienced! She was through in explaining my treatment plan in such a way that it was easy for me to comprehend. I decided to have some treatment at the time of service and this speaks volumes, her gentle hands while giving me the injections went smoothly and she took her time explaining each and every thing she was doing. I was impressed by her dedication to the people who she gave back their "SMILE & CONFIDENCE" such as myself! In my opinion, she better ten 10/10. Her assistant was gentle and kind and had a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this office, Dr. Bui was EXCELLENT and I have a felling that the other dentist must be awesome as well. I will not go anywhere else and I am going to recommend her to everyone that needs dental care. Thank you all for helping me overcome my anxiety, and a very special THANK YOU to Dr. Bui! Highly recommend!! The staff, especially Cathy, is professional, friendly, courteous and treats you like family. Dr. Nguyen is an AMAZING , gentle, caring dentist that always has a funny joke to ease any anxiety you may have. Dr. Nguyen has changed my view on going to the dentist. This dental office is a blessing!

Avondale Family Dental is by far the best dental office in the valley. I have been coming here for over 10 years and words can describe how great the dentists and staff have been to me over the last decade. They are companionate, friendly and inviting to say the least! Once you come here you really won't want to go anywhere else.

I love going here! I've been going here since I was really little and they always do an amazing job. Very friendly. Professional. Clean. Knowledgeable. My 5 year old son just had a checkup in the dentist for the first time and the staff was really great at making him feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place

I was nervous going on for the first time due to the fact that I was previously homeless and hadn't has proper dental care for quite some time. Dr. Nguyen along with staff made me feel comfortable and at home. The Doctors jokes set the mood and eased me of my anxiety. I will DEFINITELY be going back and will DEFINITELY recommend this office for ALL your dental needs. Jokes to!!!

Going to the dentist has been something I have reluctantly and scarcely done throughout the years as a result of past bad experiences. Up until here recently I had only gone when in dire need. Enter Avondale Family Dental Care. Dr. Nguyen listened, met my apprehension with kindness and distracting humor, and treated me with dignity. Now I can say I have a Dentist that I trust. The support staff are easy going, especially Cathy, and I am happy to recommend their care for your dental needs!
