Very professional, gentle, and attentive staff. My family dentist broke off part of a dental file into my canal during my initial root canal and the doctor at Avondale Endontics successfully removed it! I was in so much pain coming in. Same day the specialist fixed the root canal, I feel so much better. I'm back to being my bubbly self again. Highly recommend. My prescription was called into my pharmacy so quickly, I retrieved it on the drive home from the office. I didn't have to drive back out. The dental assistant heard everything i said the first time, made me feel at ease, and comfortable. Even the receptionist was efficient and took the time to celebrate the fact that I would be feeling better.

Friendly staff, instantly made me feel comfortable, I was worried about getting a root canal because of all the horror stories but other than a quick pinch when they were numbing me up I felt nothing at all wish I could give 10 stars

I've had my fair share of dental work done over the years and false promises of a pain free procedure. This is the FIRST time where the promises made were delivered. I literally felt no pain beyond the initial poke of local anesthesia. Such a relaxing procedure that I nearly fell asleep in the chair. Not that I'm hoping for more root canals in the future but if and when needed by my family or I, Dr. Netzel and the awesome folks at Avondale Endodontics are the only place I'll go. The bar has officially been raised!

All I can say is..... WOW!!! Dr. Netzel & his staff are Amazing!! His knowledge & compassion is Superb!! Dr. Netzel took the time to explain every detail & went above & beyond to make me comfortable. The procedure was a breeze! I highly recommend this office 100% This office deserves 100 Stars! Thank-You Dr. Netzel & Ladies you made my vist Awesome!

Dr. Netzel is super kind and gentle, he talks to you throughout the procedure to let you know what's going on. The front office got me in within a good amount of time and they were all friendly. The procedure was pretty fast, literally no pain during the whole appointment. I've never had such good dental care!

Dr. Netzel is the best. He uses the latest technology to treat his patients and he is a skilled Endodontist. I've had nothing but great experiences in his office. His staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Netzel and his office! They rock!

I came in to see Dr Netzel for a root canal. I was very nervous all day. Going to the dentist is scary for me. So I came in and was greeted by Maria and Jessica. Both were very nice to me. Maria walked me back to assist. She was trying to calm my nerves and make me comfortable. When Dr. Nezel came in he started to just look at the tooth. What he was doing made me so nervous that I wasn't breathing because I was super lightheaded. He reminded me to breathe deep. He made several minor accommodations to make sure I was comfortable. It was really nice that he took the time to talk to me about what and when he was doing things. I can't thank Maria enough for the side talk to keep my mind off things. I realize now that I may have some anxiety triggered by this visit. Apparently breathing is the best remedy! Overall this was an extremely amazing visit. I can't thank you guys enough and I guess I will see you soon for an upcoming appointment. This time I know who you guys are, so that part is great!

Dr. Netzel and his staff are amazing! I hate and become irrationally anxious when it comes to getting dental work done. I needed a root canal and Dr. Netzel and his team made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and pain free. This was the best experience I've ever had!

I would give Avondale Endodontics 10 stars if I could! Dr. Netzel and the entire staff was amazing when I needed an urgent root canal. I was in extreme pain and had not slept well in a couple days. It was Friday before Easter weekend. Even though the schedule was booked, they knew I was in pain and they took care of me. I am so grateful! I had pizza for dinner that night. Thank you so much!

I worried all day about my root canal. I shared these concerns and was reassured that root canals are what they do and they would take care of me. I worried for nothing. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any dental procedure, including cleanings. Dr. Netzel and Sylvia worked so well together and made the whole experience painless. The front office staff was also very helpful with scheduling, insurance, and follow ups. Great office and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of dental work.

Dr. Netzel is the best. Heaven forbid I ever need a root canal again, I would for sure go to him! I appreciated how he enjoyed informing and educating me on what's as going on how he would fix the issue. Dr. N was gentle and took extra care of how I was doing. He knew I had anxiety and was pretty nervous about the procedure and he went the extra step to ensure I was comfortable.

Dr. Netzel redid a root canal that another endodontist had done two years previous. Dr. Netzel was very thorough and I had no pain during or after the procedure. His staff and he were very kind and helpful.

Wow! I'm super impressed with my visit at Avondale Endodontics today after taking my son in for an evaluation. The staff were extremely friendly and very personable! They made me and my son feel so comfortable! I also appreciated Dr. Netzel taking the time in educating me on what my sons procedure would look like as well as connecting with my son and making him feel comfortable. I typically dread dental visits due to the long wait time & lack of customer service but that wasn't the case today! Kudos to Dr. Netzel and his team!

I'ma BIG BABY even it comes to pain and was crying before I had to go to the appointment but I must say it was painless!!!! Even the shot!! Hardly any pain! Only go to him from now on! Dr Netzel is a God sent!! Hood staff was friendly, office was clean, and I was in and out in less than an hour!!
