For Dr. Gregory A. Johnson, being an orthodontic specialist has been rewarding and exciting. One of the greatest joys of orthodontics has been to watch the personalities of our patients transform as their orthodontic treatment progresses. To me, this profession is part artistic impression and part science. The uniqueness of our patients makes orthodontics an exciting career, says Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He went on to earn his Certificate of Orthodontics from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine (Department of Dental Specialties, Orthodontic Program).

Active in his profession, Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Great Lakes Orthodontic Association and the Indiana Association of Orthodontists.

His areas of interest include interceptive orthodontic treatment, adult orthodontics, orthognathic surgery and multidisciplinary treatment approaches. Dr. Johnson loves what he does and is proud of his reputation for providing excellent orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages with friendly, personalized care.

Hi, my name is Sara. I have been with Avon Orthodontics since 1998. I am a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. I am also a Lab Technician, which I have received certifications in Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Appliance Fabrication. In addition, I have received certifications in soldering and the use of the Biostar and Ministar machines. I really enjoy my job. It's great to see people become more confident and smile all the time. We have a great team here, and we have lots of fun with our patients! In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and camping with my family.

Hello, I'm Jena. I've been in orthodontics since 1997 and with Avon Orthodontics since 2000. I'm a certified orthodontic assistant, X-ray certified, and have an AAS in Business Management. I enjoy what I do and love improving the smiles of our future! I'm married and have a fabulous husband and son. My mission is to have fun and to make sure you do, too! Hi, my name is Ashley. I started at Avon Orthodontics in May 2011. I come with a banking background and have been converted into the world of orthodontics. I recently moved into the role of office manager in 2022. My husband Willie and son, Noble live in Fishers, IN.

Hi, I'm Jami! I have proudly been part of the Avon Orthodontic family since 2011. You probably won't see me around the office a lot because I am the lab technician. I spend most of my days in the lab making appliances to help Dr. Johnson give you the beautiful smile you want! I prepare trays for braces at the beginning of treatment to start your smile and retainers at the end to help keep your smile! You may see me lending a helping hand in the clinic from time to time because I am also a clinical technician and can work chariside. I enjoy spending my spare time doing fun family activities with my husband, Brent, and our two children, Kati and Wyatt.

I also have my X-ray license. I really love what I do. It's truly one of the best feelings in the world to watch a smile change before your eyes and to know that you were a part in changing someone's smile!
