Dr. Goel graduated from the University of Illinois Urban-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. With a full curriculum of classes and extensive research work in the biology field, Dr. Goel was able to complete her degree in 3 years, graduating in 1996. Always aspiring to be a healthcare professional, she was accepted into one of the top dental universities in the country.

Dr. Goel graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois in the year 2000. Upon completion, Dr. Goel decided to further advance her knowledge of dentistry by participating in the General Practice Residency Program at Evanston Northwestern Hospital. This extensive program concentrated on dental treatment for medically compromised patients, cancer patients, oral surgery, and advanced gum disease treatments. This one-year program significantly expanded her knowledge of medicine and dentistry, allowing her to confidently start her career.

Dr. Goel is an accredited and active member of the International Association of Orthodontics, a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

In this continuously changing field, Dr. Goel maintains her updated knowledge and skills with extensive continuing education with Rondeau Seminars since 2015, focusing on Early Orthodontics treatments for children and adults, TMJ disorder treatments, and Sleep Apnea Solutions. Dr. Goel also hosts General Dentists from around the country for a 2-year hands-on mini-residency program in Orthodontics, Sleep Apnea, and TMD treatments.

Dr. Goel believes in the importance of educating her patients, and providing them with comprehensive dental care, utilizing the best materials and techniques available. Maintaining their dental health is a commitment that she and her patients make to each other.

Dr. Sayali Bhatwadekar offers a practice devoted to comprehensive dentistry for both adults and children. Her philosophy of practice is to provide a comfortable and dependable experience for all patients. Her philosophy is guided by the highest of ethics and excellent patient care. She prides herself with treating every patient with compassion they need and deserve.

Dr. Sayali Bhatwadekar received her dental degree from Mumbai, India. She then graduated with a D.D.S degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Ann Arbor in 2010. She attributes much of her professional success to the sound training she received from the University of Michigan. She is also a member of Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

Her hobbies include listening to music, singing, dance and arts/crafts. In her personal life, she loves to travel and spends time with her family. She is looking forward to meeting you and providing you with best individualized care. She appreciates your feedback and always endeavors to improve her practice.

Dr. Raed is a General Dentist who focuses on wisdom teeth extractions, implants, biopsy, sinus lift, and bone grafting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) in 2003 from the University of Mosul, Iraq. He has gained many qualifications in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from various residency programs which include: Syrian specialty (SOMFS) in 2009; Arab Board (CABOMFS) in 2009; Royal College of Physician and Surgeons in Glasgow (MOMSRCPSG) in 2010; Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MFD) in 2011; and Fellowship of Faculty of Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland in the field of Oral Surgery and Oral medicine (FFDOSOM) in 2013, Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FDS)in 2019 and Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FDS) in 2020.

Furthermore, he received a subspecialty in laser medicine (HDLaser) in 2015, a Fellowship in Urgent Care in 2017, and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in 2019 from Eastman Institute of Oral Health, University of Rochester, USA.

Emily has been with the practice for over 5 years. She has been in dental administration here for two years and the clinical aspect since 2007. She enjoys working hard to make things bigger and better for all the patients and our team. She is CPR certified and certified in coronal polishing. She loves attending administrative courses to expand her knowledge.Emily enjoys reading and taking trips to the city; she has a cat named Ziggy Tucker.

Erica enjoys the outdoors and yoga; she grew up around pets and has a cat named Princess! She has no human children, but she enjoys her fuzzy-four-legged kid that is spoiled rotten. She is happy to be a part of this kind, caring and fun-loving team! She also loves the dental field and finds it a never-ending learning adventure!

Julia has been in the dental field since 2002 and has been a part of the Avid Dental Lindenhurst team since 2011. She has a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University. She is certified in local anesthesia as well as nitrous oxide. She is known for her caring attitude and friendly personality. Outside the office, she enjoys reading a good sci-fi novel and taking weekend trips with her friends.

Katti recently joined our team in the summer of 2020. She is still new to the practice but has been in dentistry since 2015. She initially started as a receptionist in the dental field but quickly became more interested in tracking down insurance claim payments and checking for eligibility. You can say that she is like a 'dental detective'.

Jenna has been working as an assistant in the dental field for about 5 years. She is proud to be part of a diverse team of professionals and values working in an atmosphere that encourages lifelong learning and innovation. Jenna is a valued member of the team because of her attention to detail and always put the needs of our patients first. Jenna is bilingual and loves working in an environment that strives to be on the cutting edge of dental technology while providing the best possible care.
