Dr Virk graduated in 1997 from India with a BDS degree. After that he came to the U.S. and joined Univ of Penn for 2 years where he was involved in leading research in dental materials. After Univ of Penn, he joined Post-Graduate program in operative dentistry at Univ of Michigan Ann Arbor where he learned to do very advanced cases. Dr Virk being passionate about dentistry is one of the very few fellows of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Studies and has helped many patients with their migraines, TMJ pain, and smile makeovers. Currently, he is pursuing to gain the knowledge from Kois Center to educate himself on different approaches to patient care. Dr Virk is very passionate about dentistry and wants to further his patient life to a new level by improving one smile at a time because everyone sees the smile and it changes peoples lives. Dr Virk feels its very important to keep up with the pace of the world and changing dentistry. He takes extensive CE courses averaging over 150hours of CE all over the world. Dr Virk is married to a beautiful woman (Babs) and they have 2 boys eSean and Neal. He loves outdoors and golfing and snowboarding are his passion. He enjoys watching his boys play a variety of sports and encourages them to be well rounded individuals. Together both him and his wife are involved in a lot of local charities for he feels its important to give back to the community you are part of.
Dr. Jackson received his B.S. in Biology at Cal State Fullerton, then his DMD (dental degree) at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. He has over a decade of treating patients with a strong desire to always take care of them. Dr Jackson loved math and science from an early age and wanted to be a doctor since he was 16. He loves the chance to help people and use his hands as a dentist. Outside the office, Dr. Jackson is busy with 4 younger kids. He enjoys outside activities like camping, snowshoeing, and going to the lake.
Dr. Mitchell has been with Avenue Dental since 2010, he received his DDS from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 1991. His undergraduate studies were at La Sierra University in southern California and prior to that lived in the Napa Valley during high school. After dental school Dr. Mitchell lived and worked in Alaska for 12 years before moving back to California when he got married. Dr Mitchell is an experienced and skilled dentist who is proficient in all aspects of dentistry including crown and bridge, root canals, braces, cosmetic dentistry and of course implants. He did 8 months of post grad education in implants at USC school of dentistry, and loves to place and then restore implants in the most ideal manner possible. Dr. Mitchell enjoys getting to know the patient individual needs and the planning and engineering involved in more complex dental cases all while meeting and exceeding patient expectations in the end. He lives with his wife and three kids in Coeur d Alene and loves the NW lifestyle, he enjoys snow and water-skiing, boating, golf and spending quality time with his family.
'Excellent dentist and staff! They were so patient, kind and informative. I felt much better about what I was spending money on once they explained more about my teeth and what was or could happen. They kept me comfortable and stopped to reevaluate at the first sign of discomfort on my part. I would and will go back to get more work or check ups done.'

I've been coming here since I moved to Spokane. Dr. Mitchell, Denise, Dorothy the hygienist, Michelle and Erica in the front desk are the nicest people! I am a "problem" patient but they do their absolute best to make me as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend them!

The staff was very kind and understanding, from the front office to the dental assistant and Dr.Nora. I was originally very scared to have work done but Dr.Nora is a very good dentist and got the work done painlessly. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Quality dental care! Got an bad tooth. and due to infections in the root, had to come out, getting implant. Dr Nora did the first part, and I would recommend her to anyone need an implant. Very smooth and good! Dr Mitchell did the stud implant, looking good!

Dr. Nora and Tori at Avenue Dental completely changed my outlook on dental care. It was my first time coming to this office and it was my best experience at the dentist. As someone who has struggled with a lifelong phobia of dental work, I know how important it is to find a comfortable location with a staff that you can connect with. They are sensitive, kind, and compassionately invested in your health and comfort! I wish I had found them YEARS ago! Thank you guys for everything!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Nora for the first time. Her and and all the staff were absolutely great I went in expecting to just get x-rays and a cleaning but I knew I had several issues. They did them all for me the same day including fixing a chipped tooth that I was really worried I was going to have to have a crown put on. It looks great! I will be asking for her when I have to go back. Highly recommend!

Dr.Nora, Tori, and Sophia are amazing! I was lucky to be guided to such professionals. If you are looking for implants this is the place to go. Cutting edge technology. Dr Nora uses your own stem cells to create the bone needed to hold your implants in. Only a handful of dental professionals are using this technology. The office and all the staff are top notch! I highly recommend that you go to a Avenue dental for all your dental needs. They are so good that I drive 5 hours down from Canada to get my treatments. Worth every mile!! I moved to Spokane valley with and was referred to Dr. svihl by my MOM. I needed tens of thousands of dollars of dental work. I WAS TERRIFIED BECAUSE I WAS LOSING A FRONT TOOTH!!! So I came in embarrassed as nervous, because I didn't want to be judged. After meeting Dr. Svihl and her assistant Tori, I wasn't embarrassed. Her and Tori are the most humble dental team I've ever had, by a long shot. I had some teeth pulled and she made me a partial denture. I went back a few months later because my tooth was killing me. At that time she very strongly recommended I go ahead with a full upper denture due to missing so many teeth. I said no way, because I don't like the way dentures look. I was really scared because I'm unable to take any pain med and was afraid of the pain. I ended up agreeing with her and going through with it reluctantly. I almost ran out door the day of procedure. I ended up roughing it out and was best thing I've ever done for my teeth. Anytime I've called their office with a request to be checked out they have let me come in the same day. The dentist and her assistant were so kind and gentle to me when I was so scared and they still are today..... I really and truly am thankful for the best Dentist and assistant I've ever had.

Dr Nora Schvil and Dr Mitchell are phenomenal dentists. Extremely caring, gentle, professional. I had a tooth pulled July 27th by Dr Mitchell. I was so thankful and grateful for the extreme care. He would put one set of shots in my gums, wait until that started to take, do another set of numbing shots, wait for that to take. Then by the time for the shots in the back gum, I felt nothing. Pulling out my tooth gave him a run for his money. It was being stubborn. Dr Mitchell never tried to rush it. I am honestly so thankful and grateful for Dr Nora Schvil and Dr Mitchell. The dental hygienists are phenomenal too. Let's not forget the professionalism and courtesiness

Dr. Warren Mitchell is an exellent dentist! Extremely caring, gentle, and professional. I really appreciate how careful he is to make sure I'm numbed and not feeling any pain with the procedure. Avenue Dental in Spokane Valley has taken care of my teeth for years and the doctors, dental assistants, schedulers/receptionists are always polite, very caring, professional and definitely skilled. This is where you want to go for dental work!
