The wait is always entirely way too long. Plan ahead, and expect to be in the office 2-3 hours minimum for a simple routine appointment.

The girls were very nice my experience was very good everyone treated me very respectfully and my mouth was clean good and x-rayed and all that needed to be done I would recommend this Dentistry to anybody it was a very good experience thank you. Joyce Pugh

First time here with my kids. Everything went so smoothly at first. Kind greeting, organized, and the dentist was thorough and quick. Our only problem was one particular staff member who was very rude towards us for absolutely no reason. She came in at the end and only made snappy remarks regarding our kids teeth, while the actual dentist was very kind and understanding. She was the only one who made the experience bad. I don't judge an entire business by one bad employee, so 4 stars is what I will give. I will warn others of this, though, and hope the establishment will at least talk to her about her rude behavior.

Very disappointed in this office. Took my daughter in for a cleaning and she came out spitting blood. She was crying and had a cut on her lip. She use to look forward to going to get her teeth cleaned.

Not very happy. Arrived at 8:50 am for 9 n 10 am appointment. Almost 4 hours n my husband didn't get his teeth cleaned due to blood thinner which I list on forms when we got there and I told the girl when she came to ask about his b/p meds again I mentioned his blood thinner.

The staff had so much empathy when dealing with my problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was in excruciating pain and they were so accommodating it was as if they felt it, too.

Waited 4 1/2 hours for a 15 minute procedure... Was rushed out afterwards without the things my daughter was promised (prizes, ice cream, juice), no instructions for after having a tooth pulled, and not even gauze... Usually they're better WAY better but this experience was HORRIBLE.. But I can say when my girls see Dr. Reedy I love it he's very kind to my kids and we like him a lot. It was just a bad day I suppose..

Haven't seen a dentist in years.. Walked in today,and had a tooth extracted in a hour and half.. Good people up there,and dentist top notch.. Will be my place to go from now on..

Well so far not great. I was to have procedure at 2 today and when I got there the doors were locked - stating technical issues. No phone call or anything from them.

Update: I have my partial and it looks amazing!! My point of contact, Irma, worked so hard to get my partial remade and perfectly fitting. The office staff were so kind and understanding of my frustrations , I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Thank you so much for all of your help!!

When my grandson was having a bad tooth day Avenue Dental showed a great deal of care. Now this year 2020 his 6 months check- up was great, because I encouraged everything the Dentist instructed for my grandson caring for his teeth. 7/11/22 I continue to take my grandson to Avenue Dental, because I have received the best care since the first time of meeting this wonderful team of people. My grandson is at peace with Dr Reedy. I'm grateful.
