I am a licensed Denal professional and i brought my kids here because i saw all the good reviews. First off the place has a good IDEA, but thats all, its an idea. This office is extremely dark on the inside, the staff is over worked, once being called back for a cleaning it is so loud that i couldn't hear the doctor or hygienist and what she was saying. the person who saw my children did NOT introduce her self so i have no idea if she was a doctor or hygienist. The office is so overbooked that my children and i left WITHOUT getting their cleanings done. all that was done was an exam and xrays because the office was "running behind" and this was after setting appointments. the open bay cleaning/exam area looked rather unsensitized and dirty to me. i left not feeling confident that the quality of work that would be done on my children would be adequate, so we have not returned.
