The dentist is great and very informative and helpful. The front office staff seems like they're being bothered if you ask questions. PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BACK WITH THEIR CHILDREN. They will tell you that they have iPads for parents to watch your child (YOURE NOT ALLOWED TO TURN UP THE VOLUME TO HEAR YOUR CHILD) BUT when you ask for it they will always take their sweet time to finally give it you so by the time you get it your child is done. Its happened twice now where I have asked for the Ipad to watch my boys and both times they ignored us and finally gave it to us at the very end of my boys appointments. This really bothered me and my husband so we are no longer returning.

Oh my Gosh! Aventura Dental !!!!! What had a positive wonderful creative amazing experience my son and I had at Adventura Dental. starting with the receptionist she was professional and super nice They went far and beyond and going beyond to help me in a stressful situation I'd like to give a shout out to the doctor he was so personable , down to earth. He encouraged with my son and I and made us feel like we were the only patient. I will share with my family and friends about Adventura Dental because this is definitely a great dentist office to go. I highly recommend it to the community of as the best dental place to go. My son can't wait to go back. A happy customer

I went to Aventura Dental on a friend's recommendation and loved the whole staff and environment. I was private pay and the prices were great. I even decided to change my children's dentist to Aventura's dentists. My children love going to the dentist now. This time I was late and they were able to squeeze me in. I recommend Aventura Dental to all my family and friends.

My children's dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist locations to take my children and my now adult child 18yrs old lol. Well I found adventura dental and will never go anywhere else. They accept children and adults. At first there was a mixup on apt times, but so we didn't have to reschedule the ladies up at the front made it happen for my kids. As soon as we walked in there was a nice welcoming vibe and my 7yr old and husband were amazed by all the arcade games. Very nice, clean and welcoming place. The employees and dentist are awesome. The gifts they gave my kids are so cute. I highly recommend going here. The wait time is nothing compared to others places and you also have games to play while you wait.

Dr. K is amazing! It feels good when you find your family dentistry. The entire staff is so welcoming from beginning to end. I absolutely love the ladies in the front. Diana was a great help alongside Dr. K. She gave me a blanket and water to make me feel comfortable. I am currently pregnant and soon Aventura Dental will gain another patient. Keep doing great things Aventura!! You guys ROCK!

Our daughter had her appointment today. She had not seen a dentist in years due to massive neglect with her last dentist. STAFF AND DENTIST HERE ARE SO WELCOMING AND PUT MY DAUGHTER AT EASE. She's on the autism spectrum and has sensory issues. They were so gentle and she felt no pain. Strongly recommend!!!

We were looking for a new dentist since we recently moved here. Love the place, kids enjoyed the video games. Waiting time is bad so at least the kids are busy. Lorraine and Silvia were in the front office. I don't remember who was the one sitting on the left, but she was extremely rude. I wanted to be near my boys when they were getting their x ray done but she asked me to leave, I did, but it seems that rule doesn't apply to all the mom since I saw some that were able to be outside the x ray room even when there was another family in the room across the hall. It was one thing after another until I had it. I honestly couldn't believe the way she was talking to me. To her probably I was an over protective mom, but for the business it meant losing 2 clients and a bad review. I do understand that hiring good staff is a challenge, but clearly she needs to learn about good customer service. I left after 2 hours, really disappointed.

This place is fantastic, especially for my 4 year old who hadn't visited a dentist yet. The doctor and staff were very friendly, informative, and excellent with kids. The lobby is the perfect place to hang while waiting for appointments, as it's filled with free games and comfortable seating. But to mention everything was very clean and tidy. My son can't wait to go back for his next cleaning.
