Dr. Harris graduated from the University of Georgia in 1990, obtaining a bachelor of science degree in Microbiology. Afterward, he attended the Medical College of Georgia where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine in dentistry.
In his 25 years of practicing dentistry, Dr. Harris has focused his efforts on providing the most up to date treatment for his patients. His use of 3D digital radiography, intraoral cameras, paperless charting, mercury free restorations, CAD CAM porcelain crowns, laser dentistry, and other innovations in the field of dentistry show his commitment to delivering the best care possible.
Dr. Harris is a long time resident of Fayette County. He is married to Kim and has two daughters, Ava and Bella. He enjoys time with family and hobbies such as photography, travel, hiking, fishing, reading and music of all types.
Dr. Glover grew up in Greenville, MS. He attended Mississippi College where he graduated with honors to receive his BS in Biomedical Sciences. He then spent four years attending the Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS where he graduated magna cum laude to earn his DMD.
After dental school, he completed a three-year specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. During his residency, Dr. Glover learned how to manage the most complex types of restorative dental needs through both fixed and removable prosthetic treatments using the latest dental technologies and methods. Those treatments include traditional complete dentures, implant-retained (snap-on) dentures, fixed implant-supported dentures (all-on-4), removable partial dentures, veneers, TMJ disorders, as well as restoring teeth with crowns, bridges, and implants, often involving every tooth in a patients mouth to correct problems with dental wear and collapsed bites. Dr. Glover still also enjoys practicing general dentistry as well, and he has a passion for helping patients with any needs no matter how large or small.
Dr. Glover joined the team at Avella Family and Implant Dentistry with Dr. Peter Harris in the summer of 2021. He resides in Peachtree City with his wife and son. Outside of the office, Dr. Glover enjoys swimming, mountain bike riding, playing the drums, and spending time with his family.

Just moved from Pa to Ga and WOW! I found the best Dental office. Staff is absolutely fabulous and Dr's are top notch. This office goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Very happy and my daughter walked away smiling after her cleaning.

I have been going to Dr Harris for the past few years. I have been overly satisfied with all( and I have had a lot)of the work he has done for me. My husband was military for 24 years so have been to various dentist and he is by far the BEST I have been to!!! Thank you to his entire staff for the great customer service the provide.

Awesome people and very skilled dentist. Had 4 teeth extracted and provided a lower denture. Lowe dentures can be problematic, not when fitted by Dr Glover. They fit like a glove. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Harris for over 15 years and would never think of changing! Dr. Harris and the staff are amazing! The staff are extremely professional and friendly, each encounter has always been pleasant. Dr. Harris is very personable and really cares about his patients. Definitely a five star experience!

The whole staff is very polite and very thorough. Dr. Glover is an experienced dentist and he goes into full detail about the procedure he is going to do at every visit. Had my routine cleaning and checkup today. Vicki, the Hygienist, did a terrific job as usual. She is very competent and skilled, but also pleasant and personable, as is Dr. Glover, who did my checkup. In addition to the first class staff, I also like the 'The 'vibes' there. There is always upbeat chatter in the background from other employees and patients, and the practice is housed in a one-story house like structure. I've always been satisfied and continue to be very pleased with the care I receive there.

I had the best experience at Avella Family and Implant Dentistry. Vicki my hygienist, was so gentle and thorough. I have sensitive teeth and she applied numbing gel so I wouldn't feel anything. Dr.Harris has such a gentle chairside manner, he's so personable and funny. I love the staff, they all are so friendly and go over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
