Avanti Dentistry is a Tysons based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.

Avanti Dentistry has completely upgraded the idea of going to the dentist's office. We offer a full range of spa-inspired amenities to create a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere for our visitors. Our Tysons Corner office is stocked with heated towels and massage chairs in each room. Soothing music plays in our waiting room to ease your mind.

Our Vienna team stays updated on the latest technology for the practice. When were explaining a procedure or treatment, we find it helpful to use an intraoral camera. It takes you on a virtual tour of your own mouth, allowing you to be more involved in the treatment planning and to better understand your dental needs. Our office also utilizes:

  • Cone beam 3D scanning allows three-dimensional viewing of your teeth and jaw bone (unlike conventional x-rays that are only two-dimensional) for better planning of the surgery prior to dental implant placement. We have one of the lowest-radiation dose machines on the market!
  • For patients interested in a smile makeover, the makeover may refer to various cosmetic dental procedures. The point of a makeover is to improve the appearance of a patient's smile using whitening, veneers, implants, and other procedures. While appearance is often the leading factor of a makeover, several treatments also provide benefits such as improved

For many years, denture wearers struggled along in their daily lives. Unfortunately, early designs offered a poor fit and were incredibly uncomfortable. Even when using a top-of-the-line adhesive, these often slipped or completely fell out of a persons mouth. Today, things are completely different and for the better. The dentures that people wear today are nothing

Dentures are one of the various methods that dentists use to replace teeth. If you have lost many of your teeth or even all of them, talk to your dentist about which treatment makes the most sense. If you choose this one, you can enjoy the long-term restoration of your smile and the ability to chew.

Even though regular dental cleanings are important for oral health, many people fail to prioritize them. A recent National Health Interview Survey revealed that more than 30% of American adults have not had a dental checkup in over one year, even though the American Dental Association recommends seeing a dentist at least once every six

When you have dentures, you no longer have to hide your smile or avoid being around other people. The staff here is nice, especially the front desk, and the facility is very clean and well maintained. However they will try to upsell you the entire time, even the dentists. The dental hygienist spent most of the time during my cleaning telling me this, to refuse anything they want to sell you, most of it in the name of preventative measures (orthodontic work, etc.,) The Dentist then told me I have a cavity and I was pretty sure I didn't because he couldn't show any visual proof of it and I said that I wanted to check with the Dentist I've been going to for 15 years. He talked for 10 minutes trying to prove to me there was one. When my insurance changed, I went back to my original Dentist and he said there was no cavity...

It amazes me how much Dr. Chrisopoulos cares about my dad and his treatment. He's 90 years old and she is so respectful. I love the fact that she emails me and allows me to email back to go over treatment options. Very straightforward with pricing and I appreciate that so much!

Great dentists but will try to upsell you every chance they get. Will over-communicate appointment reminders and call you after texting you if you don't immediately confirm. My wife went once and refuses to go back not because they aren't great at what they do (they are!), but because they constantly give you the upsell pitch.

I feel the staff is always trying to upsell me something. What annoyed me the most this visit was when the dentist told me I should get veneers when I'm very happy with how my teeth look.

Quick to get an Appointment.Clean and spacious office. The waiting time to see Doctor after X-ray was a bit longer this time, though! I'm not sure but treatments seems to be bit expensive here compared to others. so advise looking for second opinions!

Both are Amazing People do not understand that knowledge of The Good Practitioners have a price. If People prefer to save some money when they go to a regular Dentist Office they will pay the price in the future. They do not understand that The Heath and Quality of The Service is not negotiable.

It is extremely rare that I really want to post anything. However, this time I really received superb service. I was in a lot of pain last night and I attempted to find an emergency dental center. Although I saw six different services; when I attempted to reach to any of the six listings ONLY one answered their phone at just after 8:30 P.M. last night. The one was Avanti Dentistry. They were not open at night, but I could have an appointment for 8:00 this morning which I promptly took. I had a terrible night and I was going to make sure that I arrived on time which I did. Once I got the paperwork filled out as a new patient; I was immediately taken into a room where X-rays could be taken and my problem very quickly looked at. Then I was immediately given a nova cane and the pain went away very quickly. My problem turned out to be in the nerves of the tooth and route canal and a new crown were suggested. I immediately told them to start and they actually did so. The doctors, nurses and aides that helped me were very professional and they really made me feel like a new person. I was finished about three hours later and I felt like a new man. I will definitely return to this location if I ever have any other major dental problems.
