Dr. Shayesteh is a 1999 graduate from UCSF with a degree in dental hygiene, and received her DDS degree in 2004 from UCSF dental school, one of the best in the country. She has been a dentist for years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving her D.D.S. degree.
Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable her to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Shayesteh has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments. She emphasizes oral health education and prevention of oral disease.
Our office is conveniently located in the Avanti Shopping Center on Camden Avenue between Kooser Avenue and Blossom Hill Road with plenty of parking space and close to major highways. We are proud of our office which fully utilizes state of the art equipment.
We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water) which removes any chances for contamination from regular tap water such as that used in most dental offices.
Our friendly and competent staff is dedicated to patient comfort and quality of care. We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options.We provide gentle, family oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentists. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant dentistry and Endodontics (root canal treatments) and other specialists. With this team we emphasize comprehensive care, quality and preventive dentistry.

Avanti dental is incredibly detail oriented and caring to their patients. This was my first experience at a dentists in the area and they made me feel comfortable to continue being their patient. The cleaning they did was awesome and they were very attentive to any pain I was having. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Shayesteh is amazing! She has done a splendid job with my teeth - with emergency care and repair, and preventive care too. She also guided me to a better dental routine. More than everything, I love how gentle she is when she handles her patients, and how she's so friendly. She made me feel so at ease every time!

I was looking for a nice office to take my mom for her dental treatment, i was able to find Dr. Shayesteh and we are both very pleased with her chairside manner, she was very nice and explained everything to my mom regarding her treatment. doctor was gentle with her during her treatment the staff was friendly and the office was clean. I highly recommend this office.

I've been a patient for almost 10 years and even though I moved out of the area I'll continue to have Dr. Shayesteh as my dentist! Her office is always sparkling clean and they are taking extra care to protect their patients and themselves during the pandemic, which is very appreciated. I look forward to my appointments, yes really, she is very easy going and takes time to know her patients personally so I feel like I'm visiting a friend. Previous review: I was looking for a local dentist with flexible hours, because getting to the dentist in the middle of the day can be difficult. Avanti Dental Group has late afternoon and week-end appointments available, that brought us in. Dr. Shayesteh is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle.
