I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Van and she made a scary experience extremely comfortable. I have been a patient of Avalon Dental since 2009 and have enjoying going there ever since. Dr. Van and her staff are the most professional, caring, and friendly dental care providers I have ever met. Highly recommended!

Now normally I'm terrified of doctors and the dentist, but the atmosphere and the environment of this office is very welcoming. The staff at the front is very friendly and easy to work with, they are also very respectful with being able to work with you and getting you in for your next appointment. The assistants are amazing and some of the best and skilled assistants I've seen. Dr. Van has done an incredible job with this team and the office, the office has a very clean and professional look. Also her skill set and knowledge has helped me and countless of my other friends become more confident in our smiles. Safe to say that this team will help change lives and is definitely an office you should go to!

The Avalon Dental Group is an amazing group and I've going here for years. Everytime I come in the staff is extremely professional and the Doctors are very quick, efficient, informative, and respectful. The assistants are all wonderful individuals and are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The teamwork and dynamic between the assistants and the doctor makes the experience at this office by far the best in Orlando. I highly recommend!

I've been to many dentist offices and the Avalon Dental Group is be far the best in town! Great quality of work combined with good prices and incredibly skilled and professional staff! Dr. Van is awesome and makes the dentist less of a scary place. Also great with kids from what I see! If you want to change/improve your smile, this is the right place for you!

Been taking my grandmother to this office for few years now and she has no history of failed appointments but the one time she has to cancel appointment because she didn't have enough funds to pay this office wants to dismiss her. Very unprofessional just goes to show they do not care about their patients. I hope who ever considers going to this office reconsiders. Horrible service !!!! UPDATE: The owner dr knew she had early signs of dementia. They keep claiming she was aggressive and felt threatened there is not one time she has been violent upset yes she's confused most times now. It just shows how y'all really are. Good luck to your office

I love this place when I came as a kid and still now they have taken and done an amazing job with my teeth. I've been going here since I was 5 years old and it's been amazing. Great place highly suggest it the staff are nice and try their hardest and the doctor without a doubt is probably one of the nicest dental doctor around the area.

I rarely write a review but this place is amazing! Dr. Jennie and all her staffs were extremely helpful, and I was treated so gentle and professionally. I wanted to be seen asap so they promised to put me on a "to call" list if someone cancels, and they did exactly that!

This place is great for kids! The staffs were very friendly and the dr handled my little guy so well. They knew what they were doing, and made us feel comfortable that they care for our best interest. Highly recommend!

I really don't understand the low rating. I was treated amazing. I walked in with a broken tooth and they took care of me. I was out in 2hr gauze in mouth heading home. And the prices compared to others is reasonable. Will come again.

I am rarely to review on anything until today. My experiences with this dentist place was beyond great. No wait time, upfront reasonable pricing and gentle touch of the dentist giving no pain at all. I left with feeling of clean teeth that I had never had with other place. I would recommend this place to anyone who need the dental cares. Thank you and certainly come back again in three months appointment.

Don't bother coming here. The assistants do 99% of the work and when the dentist does come in, the work is sub par. She also kept forgetting that there was a person attached to the teeth that she was using as an instructional tool (for the new techs) and sometimes would not even address me. When I finally got my nightguard in, the dentist worked on smoothing out the backs and then walked out when she was finished without saying anything to me. I had to ask the tech about care and upkeep for my nightguard. They kept me waiting for so long due to carelessness on their end that my experience with them spanned 2 months and took many phone calls from me. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
