Dr. Bradley Dilling is a family and cosmetic dentist. Dr. Dilling focuses his practice of dentistry on providing excellent dental care. Remaining sensitive to the fears and concerns of his patients is a top priority. He offers a wide range of dental services from preventative to restorative, cosmetic and adult orthodontic dentistry.
Dr. Dilling was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. He moved to Fort Myers with his family in 2008 after receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Dilling is dedicated to continuing education in dentistry and has developed a philosophy of true comprehensive care for his patients. Dr. Dilling uses the latest technology combined with time-tested techniques to provide the best care possible for his patients. He has completed many advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry as well as courses at The Dawson Academy, a recognized leader in comprehensive dental education. Sarah Business Manager. Avalon Dental is truly a family practice, Sarah is Dr. Dillings wife. She earned a PhD from the University of Florida in Animal Sciences and has been working with us since 2009. Dr. Dilling and Sarah are a great team together and work diligently to make Avalon Dental one of the best offices in Fort Myers. In the office, you will generally find Sarah buried in bookkeeping and business management tasks. In her free time, Sarah teaches environmental sciences courses at Florida Southwestern State College.
Mindi Front Office Manager. Mindi joined our team in 2014 and is trained as a certified dental assistant as well coordinating all of the front desk activities. If you require sleep apnea treatment, Mindi is the team member that will be assisting and guiding you through the process. She is very knowledgeable on all topics in our office from dental insurance to clinical concerns and is always willing to answer any questions that our patients have. Mindi is our song bird, her positivity can be heard throughout the office as she sings to the background music.
Traci Front Office Coordinator. Traci is our newest team member, she joined our team in 2017. After living in Illinois her entire life, she made the move to Florida and is enjoying our beautifully warm weather. Traci has worked in the dental field for over 20 years and brings lots of experience to our office. You can hear Tracis smile when she answers the phone, she makes our patients feel comfortable even before meeting any of our team members.
Our Hygiene Team is made up of our Registered Dental Hygienists who provide cleaning and preventative services to our patients. Our Hygienists also play a vital role in patient education and encouraging the continuation of good oral hygiene habits at home.
Sierra Registered Dental Hygienist. Sierra joined our team in 2020 and is a great addition to our team. When it comes to patient care, Sierra takes great pride in developing lasting relationships with her patients. Laughter and excellent care are attributes her patients appreciate. Sierra's patients feel very comfortable and look forward to seeing her in the office.
Our Clinical Team works hand-in-hand with Dr. Dilling to ensure that patients have a smooth and comfortable experience while receiving dental treatment. This team is specially trained to ease the worries of our most anxious patients and explain treatment every step of the way to all of our patients to ensure they always feel in control.
Ashley Certified Dental Assistant. Ashley works chairside with Dr. Dilling and has been a wonderful addition to our team since 2015. Ashley has such an outgoing personality that our patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive for dental treatment. She truly enjoys helping people achieve the smiles of their dreams. Ashleys confidence in her skills and knowledge about dentistry puts patients at ease.
Cordilla Certified Dental Assistant. Cordilla works chairside with Dr. Dilling as an assistant, we were lucky enough to have her join our team in 2018. Cordilla has such a spunky and quick-whit personality that our patients are constantly laughing and forgetting about any previous worries they may have had. Cordilla is also extremely compassionate and truly enjoys talking to her patients and establishing a relationship with them. We are impressed with Cordillas dental skills and thorough knowledge about dentistry and can answer any questions that our patients may have.

Dr. Dilling and his staff are absolutely amazing and truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. He is the only dentist I will see and have seen for almost 10 years now. I've had to have a lot of dental work done over the years and Dr Dilling is the only one I trust to take care of me. I know whatever I need done it's going to be done perfectly and pain free. I truly appreciate everyone in that office and know I'm in good hands with them.

Dr. Dilling is fantastic! As a retired Healthcare provider, I have found him to be extremely personable and the only dentist I have trusted to do a tooth restoration on me. I have my family in his practice as well. I recommend this practice to anyone!

OMG! Am a SERIOUS dental phobe. When I learns this office doesn't do nitrous I almost headed back out the door again. I'm so grateful I didn't. I'm looking at 6 mos of dental work & ~6 mos of appointments & follow ups. Dr Dilling and his staff put me at ease immediately. He didn't hurt me today at my 1st appt to start the work. Dug the root of a tooth out of the gum. ACK! Replace with a short term bridge while permanent is being made. & I have next appt with him on 9/8 to complete the front upper work. I don't fully understand all he is planning, but after my 1st 2 visits? I can say I am 100% comfortable in his skill, his ofc staff's commitment to his passion & his commitment to make this process as easy as is possible for someone who fears dental work as I do! Thank you to Dr Dilling & staff. I am so very grateful to have found your ofc. My confidence level has increased dramatically after today!!
