Excellent place for dental work and the dental hygienist do a great job on dental cleaning and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs dental care.

I was there for consultation(also second opinion) the dentist and the nurse really took their time to look at my teeth, Yep ,every one of them ,and they took time to explain everything to me . The bedside manner was terrific (super gentle and soft spoken dentist! ! )they are genuinely nice ,from frontdesks to nurses and the dentist. The dentist speaks Mandarin as well . I went in for fillings today eventhough my insurance is not 100% in their network ,I still decided to have some work done there because they are awesome. Probably the best dentist office I have ever been to .

I think Avalon, Commons dentist center did a excellent job reviewing my teeth X-rays and Explaining what they were going to do, And what needed to be done in the future, I haven't had work done but so far so good.

Called 2weeks in advance to book a deep cleaning for my husband and a regular cleaning for myself been told and confirmed more than 3 times over the phone that they can do exam and cleaning for both of us the same day same time. We took a whole day of work to get it done and we get there and they tell us that's not possible, they did not even try to work with us knowing their staff gave wrong infos and they ended up telling me they can even take me in they had to "squeeze my husband" (it's what's the point of making an appointment then?) on top of that I asked the lady several time on the phone about the fees and if there is any hidden fee or if that's it ...and sure enough that was not it as they added some extra fees once there ahah... And also asked for a deposit to be sure you come another day to get your cleaning done . Basically ASKED QUESTIONS 30 TIMES BEFORE YOU GO THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU ONE THING ON THE PHONE AND ANOTHER AT THE OFFICE. And if possible record the phone conversation! Absolutely Don t recommend... unprofessional and disappointing. Will never put my feet their again.
