Dr. Kim Pham is a Houston-area general dentist with extensive training in family, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry. A native Texan originally from Austin, she was the salutatorian of her high school class and attended the University of Texas at Austin as a National Merit Scholarship recipient. She was an early graduate from college with honors, earning her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the University of Texas School of Dentistry.
Dedicated to pursuing the highest standards in dental care, Dr. Pham continues to train in the latest clinical techniques and implements the most current technology and methods. She is proficient in all aspects of general and pediatric dentistry and basic orthodontics. She maintains additional certifications in moderate enteral sedation, which allow her to provide a comfortable dental experience for anxious patients. This, along with her soft touch and calming bedside manner, makes her one of the best dentists for children or nervous adults.
Dr. Chos family served in the U.S. army, and he moved around from place to place growing up but now proudly calls Houston home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University with Honors. He thenreceived hisDoctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Texas School of Dentistry.
To maintain the highest standards of dental care in an ever-changing profession, Dr. Cho regularly attends over 100 hours of continuing education each year!This enables his practice to grow with the latest techniques, technology, and products to ensure topquality care to all of his patients. Dr. Cho truly believes that higher education is a life-long journey that does not stop with a diploma.

I usually don't give reviews, but I was compelled to this time. This was my first visit to Autumn Family Dentistry and I was a little anxious. I suffer from Parkinsons Disease and was a little worried on how my body would react to being so nervous. I had the best experience possible!! Everyone that I interacted with was so polite and courteous and very informative. They were very understanding and patient with my PD. Karla was absolutely wonderful. So patient and spoke with a soothing and calming voice. She told me everything she was going to do and in structed me on what to do in easy understanding sentences. She always asked if I was doing OK and if I was hurting at anytime. Would take a break if I needed to. All the staff were very nice and competent. The office looked like it had just opened a month ago. So clean and very inviting. I definitely recommend Autumn Family Dentistry for anyone who wants to feel safe and know that they will be taken care of by competent caring professionals with gentle hands

I love Autumn Family Dentistry. My whole family comes here. I request Adriana everytime. She has done a fabulous job with my braces and whatever else I have come in for. She always make me feel comfortable and talks me through the procedure.

Great location and friendly. Frank, Adriana and Karla are great assets to this location. They always make sure you are comfortable and calm. they are great with every procedure they do. I never had any discomfort during any procedure. They are the epitome of customer service. Will be coming back just to have procedures done by them.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. A very clean and professional looking environment. Adriana and Dr. Ho were extremely nice and took great care of me. They laid out my treatment plan and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend Autumn Family Dentistry.

Easy to make an appointment. Frank did my X-rays and was very helpful and attentive when addressing my needs and making me feel comfortable. Karla had to give me a deep cleaning and did an amazing job. Every time she said, "this might be uncomfortable," I literally felt nothing. I even made a point to schedule my next appt when she's available to be my hygienist. Thank you for the great care.

We found this dentist office on google. We were able to schedule an appointment on the day we requested with no problems within less than a week. We came and immediately my kids felt comfortable. They had a playroom that my kids loved. Awesome music. The front desk greeted us with a smile and answered all my questions. We saw Dr.Christina and she was very thorough and gave us good advice. I felt she cared for my kids oral health. My youngest is my problem child with the dentist and she gave us a good treatment plan. Her dental assistant Guiselle and Adriana were amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I got a really great first impression and I trust them with my children's teeth. Thank you all so much . Can't wait for my follow up visit.

Had a great experience here in Nov '21 with dental issues that were persisting for some time. Easy to set up an appointment, very clean office with friendly staff, and excellent care and service by Dr. Pham.

This was the best experience. The staff was wonderful. My dental assistant Frank and Hygienist Karla wer so caring and gentle. My teeth look amazingly white. Dr. Cho was thorough and very good at explaining everything. They definitely have a new customer!! Oh and the office is so clean and modern.

My son went for a visit to Autumn Family Dentistry and was seen by Dr.Christina for a second opinion. From the moment we walked in my son had a great experience! He is 8 years old and was amazed by the arcade game they have available in the waiting area. Also Dr.Christina's assistant Guiselle, was very helpful and friendly. The office was very clean and kid friendly. Since the very beginning when I called with questions, the front desk staff was extremely helpful! I am pleased with the second opinion we received. Dr.Christina was honest and very informative. I am glad we found a great dentist office.

Office it's very nice, clean and staff for the most part was friendly however their customer service was not up to standards compared to my previous Dental clinic (which I didn't go because they didn't take my insurance). The cleaning I got, was not very thorough and I felt it was rushed. My biggest and worst part was when they put a numbing liquid that I was told it was going to just make it so I would not feel any kind of sharpness in my gums (keep in mind that when I filled out their paperwork I declined any numbing or Anesthesia. It turn out to be a complete and Utter disaster. My mouth was totally numb and worst, my throat got numbed, swollen and I couldn't breath! The hygienist, per my request, had to stop her work in the middle of it so I could breath. Here is this little problem, when I filled out the initial paperwork, one of the items in it, was whether I agreed to anesthesia for any service ( which in my case was deep cleaning) or not, and I checked NO. They still did it. When they asked me to take the numbing liquid, they did not tell me exactly what it was, the young man only said "take this and rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, it will allow for her to do the cleaning without any bother". After I started filling numbness inside my whole mouth, I asked the hygienist how strong it was going to get and for how long the effect was going to last in my mouth , and she said " it may last about an hour" it ended up lasting 4-5 hours! But that wasn't the worst part, the worst part was still happening... I LOST MY TASTE BUD still to this day and it has been 6 days already and counting!!! I called the office same day about 2 hours later to let them know my situation And I spoke to a receptionist which I believe her name was Diana requesting to speak to the office manager so I could let her know my situation, and I was told that she was in the back and that she would call me shortly, but she never called me that day!! I Called again and nobody picked up the phone so I left a message. They called me 1 or 2 days after that, The OM listened to my concern and issue but didn't offer any kind of help or resolution, other than just saying she apologies for the inconvenience. This is not ideal customer service. I would not recommend this business unless they can offer a more complete service, care and quality to their patients.

Was uncertain about everything when it comes to switching over to a new practice. However I've been sold! Clean and friendly, Adriana was super conversational and attentive. The hygienist Karla was also super kind and I've never had a cleaning done as quickly before! Dr. Pham herself knew exactly what to do! Looking forward to my followup routine soon.

Very disappointed. They did not tell me they were out of network with my insurance until after my entire exam and xrays were done. They also told me I needed a deep clean... when I went to another dentist ro get a 2nd opinion that same week and they told me I did not need that what so ever. They fooled me and try to take my money. Now I received a charge for the x-rays...

After i wrote this review Brenda pulled me into the wait room lobby to confront me about the 2 star review. They send you a text asking you to leave a review. They didn't want an honest one. My Son just had 2 adult teeth extracted, he's feeling weird from the sedation (first time he's had anything like that), and we've been there for 2 hours and she wants to keep me their to confront me about my review. Smh. She shouldn't take a review personal. Visit 5: Today, I got there and asked what the extraction process was like if we chose to use nitrous for my son. I was wondering if there was a recovery time or whatever. I asked and she said, "I don't know. They won't know until he's back there". Really? You can't even give me a hint? Lol And then we start his extraction and I stopped Dr. Pham and asked about the nitrous, bc he's shaking in pain and anxious. She rips off her gloves and says, "we need consent forms" but she seemed frustrated. I later find out that Brenda didn't mention the nitrous bc I didn't want my young daughter to have it. There's a huge difference between a teenage boy getting permanent teeth removed vs a little girl filling a baby tooth. Visit 2: Dr. Cho is amazing. He was very kind, compassionate, and listened to my concerns. Dr. Pham wanted to sedate my 6yr old for her 1st cavity. I thought it was excessive to not even try without it bc of her age (unecessary risks). Dr. Cho handled her cavity and she didn't even flinch. I have been there 5 times. I have left frustrated 4/5 of those times. We won't go back.
