Dr. John Austin graduated from theUniversity of Michigan School of Dentistryin 1999. Prior to studying at the School of Dentistry, he also attendedUniversity of Michiganwhere he earned a B.S. with a focus on Biology. Dr. Austin has been practicing for 15 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Austin has kept up to date by taking many hours of continuing educational classes, with emphasis on braces and Invisalign, cosmetics, root canals, and restorative dentistry. Also, Dr. Austin is one of about 200 dentists throughout the world that is a participating contributor to Clinicians Report. Clinicians Report is a non-profit organization that works to advance the quality of products and dental care that patients receive. Dr. Austin is anAmerican Dental AssociationandMichigan Dental Associationmember and a member of theGenesee District Dental Society. These interests and associations help ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care available. He enjoys and is skilled at treating children, which enables him to treat the entire family.
Dr. Austin is originally from Gaylord, lives in Clarkston, and is married to Dr. Molly Austin, MD, and has two daughters, Claire and Catherine. In his free-time he enjoys golf, watching and participating in sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Reid was born and raised in Lake Orion. He attendedMichigan State Universityearning a bachelors degree in Physiology before completing rigorous dental training at theIndiana University School of Dentistry. After spending eight years away from the area to get his education, Dr. Reid has returned to the area and has purchased a home in Fenton. He is eager to continue creating strong family ties to the community. Dr. Reid has previously been practicing broad phases of dentistry at a family practice in Saginaw with warm compassion and a gentle touch and comes to us with great experience and excellent clinical ability. Dr. Reid stays current with all the latest technology and procedures by taking an abundance of continuing education courses. He is a member of theAmerican Dental Association,Michigan Dental Association,Genesee District Dental Society, andAcademy of General Dentistry. He enjoys golf, exercising, biking, sailing, photography and watching movies.
Dr. Floyd has practiced dentistry for 30 years in the city of Burton. She loves her career in dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She attended the University of Michigan-Flint for her undergraduate studies and the U of M for dental school. She and her husband Gregg, who youll see at our front desk, grew up in Genesee County and have lived in Flushing for 20 years. They have three adult daughters who live across the United States. They love spending time outdoors and enjoy going camping, bike riding, and taking family vacations together.
Dr. Floyd and her husband are very active in their church and frequently volunteer for church events. Most years they travel to Central America on mission trips to perform dentistry for the underserved people of Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Service is a true passion for Dr. Floyd.
