Dr. John Austin graduated from theUniversity of Michigan School of Dentistryin 1999. Prior to studying at the School of Dentistry, he also attendedUniversity of Michiganwhere he earned a B.S. with a focus on Biology. Dr. Austin has been practicing for 15 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Austin has kept up to date by taking many hours of continuing educational classes, with emphasis on braces and Invisalign, cosmetics, root canals, and restorative dentistry. Also, Dr. Austin is one of about 200 dentists throughout the world that is a participating contributor to Clinicians Report. Clinicians Report is a non-profit organization that works to advance the quality of products and dental care that patients receive. Dr. Austin is anAmerican Dental AssociationandMichigan Dental Associationmember and a member of theGenesee District Dental Society. These interests and associations help ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care available. He enjoys and is skilled at treating children, which enables him to treat the entire family.
Dr. Austin is originally from Gaylord, lives in Clarkston, and is married to Dr. Molly Austin, MD, and has two daughters, Claire and Catherine. In his free-time he enjoys golf, watching and participating in sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Reid was born and raised in Lake Orion. He attendedMichigan State Universityearning a bachelors degree in Physiology before completing rigorous dental training at theIndiana University School of Dentistry. After spending eight years away from the area to get his education, Dr. Reid has returned to the area and has purchased a home in Fenton. He is eager to continue creating strong family ties to the community. Dr. Reid has previously been practicing broad phases of dentistry at a family practice in Saginaw with warm compassion and a gentle touch and comes to us with great experience and excellent clinical ability. Dr. Reid stays current with all the latest technology and procedures by taking an abundance of continuing education courses. He is a member of theAmerican Dental Association,Michigan Dental Association,Genesee District Dental Society, andAcademy of General Dentistry. He enjoys golf, exercising, biking, sailing, photography and watching movies.
Dr. Floyd has practiced dentistry for 30 years in the city of Burton. She loves her career in dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She attended the University of Michigan-Flint for her undergraduate studies and the U of M for dental school. She and her husband Gregg, who youll see at our front desk, grew up in Genesee County and have lived in Flushing for 20 years. They have three adult daughters who live across the United States. They love spending time outdoors and enjoy going camping, bike riding, and taking family vacations together.
Dr. Floyd and her husband are very active in their church and frequently volunteer for church events. Most years they travel to Central America on mission trips to perform dentistry for the underserved people of Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Service is a true passion for Dr. Floyd.

Very very wishy washy people here who have no clue what their doing. These people are more confused the Joe Biden. Do not go here !!! Very confused dentists who don't know the practice at all. They are very mean to their employees and will screw your over anyway they can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

Consistently excellent dental care, very professional, delightful staff, super easy scheduling options and helpful appointment reminders. Dr Reid not only knowledgeable but really understands your individual needs and wants. All hygienists are great, especially Denise!

This family of dental professionals is like no other. They are attentive, kind, respectful, sincere, comforting, honest, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They're the VERY BEST in Genesee County by far. Their work is impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

This dental office is one of the places that i actually feel good about recommending to family and friends. I have been a patient for over 17 years and never had any issues. Professional, kind, and great treatment. They can do a full permanent crown in one standard visit. They have never made a billing error. Very solid practice in every way.

What an awesome office! Felt very safe coming into the office. ANDREA did a great job cleaning my teeth, and the doctors are always fun and informational. They explain things so that I can understand why treatment is necessary. I would recommend this office to anyone who has not been in for a while and need extra care, cause this office is so kind and understanding.

Full service for most dental issues including preventive care, fillings, extractions, crowns and root canals. At least that's the gamut I have experienced with them. Equipment and techniques appear to be continuously updated. In addition, it's a smoothly run operation and rarely, if ever, have any significant delays or wait times before being seen. Staff appear to be well trained, courteous and downright pleasant.

Dr. Reid is so wonderful. Pain free was never in my mind when it came to going to the dentist. This office is up to date and does so much in house, my crown is great. Dr. Reid is very good at explaining what's happening while he's working on your teeth. He's very entertaining with interesting things to talk about. The staff is also always so very friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. I'm so glad my Granddaughter was a patient or I'd never started going here myself. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Austin & Reid since they opened the office on Linden Rd. I highly recommend them and their staff. I have never been to a more professional and caring practice, period! I had a cap placed on a tooth and a couple of weeks later I got not one, but two follow-up calls to see how I was doing, and it was from Dr. Reid! That just doesn't happen anymore! Your in great hands here!

Best dentists in and around the area. I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff is awesome, professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Austin has been my family's dentist for years and I have never had a reason to complain. They are all just so great. I have recommended all my friends and coworkers to their office and they have only high praises for them. I would recommend 100%, most definitely!
