I am a diabetic and they are having to pull 2 teeth cut them out actually And I didn't want my sugar bombing out so I called them back to see if they could change the time but leave it on the same day and they did praise God

The most painful experience I've ever had in my 71 years of life. I don't know what they did to me, but I have a feeling I should not have had the root canal tooth and the wisdom that hadn't surfaced extracted. They were not bothering me. Don't have a lot of confidence in my dentist, Dr. Martin, who from the looks of the x-ray said it was a decayed tooth. Then I asked Dr. Ding two minutes before they were going to put me out whether it was a cavity and he said no it's cracked. Should've left them alone they were not bothering me. Here it is two weeks out and still recovering!

Accommodation for people who have disabilities! Very friendly staff! I've been having access issues with staff at Killeen Dental Group who refused to send my referral. The receptionist at Austin Oral advocated for me, got attitude from KDG & had lots of issues getting that referral. An hour later she got it! Thank you all so much, for your help, your advocation, and treating the disabled like people.

Greeted by a friendly front office staff, Wait was not very long at all to see Dr Cain. He greeted us in the waiting area and directed us back to the consult room. Dr Cain was very attentive and listened to our reason for coming to see him. He was very thorough examining me and very informative of what should be done for me and why. Great experience!

Dr. Leland removed all four wisdom teeth this morning and I was sooo nervous but he was absolutely amazing! It took maybe 45 minutes and I was done and feel SO much better!!

Extremely pleasant experience with Austin Oral Surgery. Loved all the staff. Dr. Cain did my surgery. Awesome man. It was expensive, but all are now. So I won't judge because of that! They have moved into a much larger building right around the corner from me. If you are considering oral surgery, please check them out. They are great.

Horrible experience with Dr. Jeremy D. Leland. He works at Georgetown location and new temple location. He has no empathy or compassion towards his patients. I only wanted one wisdom tooth removed and he has continued to be condescending. Telling me I should have all four done at once and at a young age of 20.( I am 33 and healthy.)I came in due to pain and he has no compassion. I was in tears.
