During the past 5 months of treatment after major infection, extractions and follow up, i remain cautiously optimistic. however i wasn't told the results of CT scans until months later despite numerous phone calls &;follow up appointments at 2 locations. i assumed no news was good news after 3rd attempt for results. however on a recent follow up that wasn't the case (the surgeon had been locked out of his account by another provider) so a biopsy was ordered. i am hoping the biopsy results will be promptly reported. i rate 4 stars because less would reflect on proficiency, a negative judgement i can't render. but they are less than attentive and with continuing complications it is particularly disappointing. frustrating experience in obviously competent surgeons. i could go on...

Dr Leland and his staff are great. I was referred by my dentist for an implant, first one. The staff was friendly and capable. As a high anxiety dental patient, I must say the entire procedure was a breeze. No complications, no issues, no anxiety. Ain't gonna lie, I was scared. Never been put under, but they made me feel like I was in great hands and I was. From the front desk, Stephanie and the Doc, they were all fantastic! Glad I was able to get my wisdom teeth finally out. Now just waiting on this tooth fairy, there might be a delay in that department.

9/7/21 I had one tooth removed by Dr. Leland and he did a great job! The procedure was done with no pain during or afterwards. If you need any oral surgery done I recommend you go to the Georgetown office of Austin Oral Surgery. The two doctors Leland and Cain along with their amazing front and back office staff will take great care of you! Thank you all so much! 10/11/22 My visit was awesome as usual. The staff was attentive, professional and friendly! Dr. Leland does a great job every visit ! I wish all drs treated their patients like he and Dr Cain does. I had no problems or pain from my procedure. I'm thankful I had my implant done by such a brilliant group! A big thank you to Megan, Stephanie, Cheryl, Deshane, and Jess!

I was referred here for my TMJ. Dr. Cain and his staff have been awesome! So professional and truly caring. They are very informative and aggressive with resolving TMJ pain. Dr. Cain explained my options very throughly. I love his staff also, very consistent and friendly. It's refreshing to see this in the medical profession because it is rare now.

Dr. Cain was amazing!! Having my wisdom teeth out at 45yrs old, he knew that they would not heal as fast as a teenager. But he continued with follow ups to make sure everything was healing correctly and that my pain was going away. I would definitely recommend this place for any oral surgery!!
