Dr. Jonathan Austin is a Lincoln County native.He is a 2004 graduate of West Lincoln High School. After high school he attended Appalachian State University. During this time he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he completed two deployments.
Post Marine Corps, Dr. Austin returned to Appalachian where he completed his degree in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He then attended East Carolina School of Dental Medicine, and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Austin is a strong supporter of being actively involved with the community that he lives in. He is involved with many community organizations, and strives to support local events. He volunteers with the North Carolina Missions of Mercy, Baptist Dental Bus, and Give Kids a Smile. He is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club.
Dr. Homesley is from Lincolnton. She graduated from Lincolnton High School and continued her education at UNC Chapel Hill where she graduated with her chemistry degree. Dr. Homesley graduated from East Carolina School of Dental Medicine with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She resides in Lincolnton and is thrilled to server her hometown.
Lucy has been devoted to her job for almost 50 years. She is our office manager and so much more! Our patients love seeing her everyday. She has two children and four grandchildren who In her free time she enjoys visiting and spending time with.
Megan is our Patient Coordinator. She joined our team In June and has been nothing short of a fun time! She makes sure things go as smooth as possible for your visit and has a spreadsheet for everything! She is a former WL rebel, where she met her husband and together they have 2 daughters. She wears many hats in and out of the office but she is also a photographer! Next time you are in the office check out her photo of Horseshoe Bend, AZ in the lobby!
Every office needs someone like our sweet Chloe! She mainly works in the front verifying insurance, locating information to better serve our patients as well as assisting in the back when needed. Chloe is a team player and always willing to help. She is enrolled in college, loves diet Dr Pepper and is Chick-fil-As #1 customer. She is a graduate of LHS and was the 2018 homecoming queen.
Kaley keeps us on our toes here at AD. You may have seen her a few times before, she's been at the office for 5 years now. Her favorite drink is Diet Dr. Pepper and in her free time she loves spending time by the pool.
Chelsea is one of our three hard working hygienist here at Austin Dentistry. She is very passionate about our patients and always has their best interest at heart. She has been with us for three years and we are lucky to have her! When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Stephanie has been assisting for four years! She is an active member of Antioch Baptist Church. She has been married to her husband for three years and together they have a precious two year old daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. We enjoy having Stephanie on our team!
Abby is the baby of our bunch. She is working as a dental assistant while enrolled in college courses with the goal of becoming a dental hygienist. She is also an active member at her church and in her free time she teaches fitness classes at the ROCK in Lincolnton. Thanks for all you do Abby!!
Sonia has been a dental assistant for 20 years. She is our extra set of hands Monday through Wednesday. She brings a lot of experience and knowledge to our office. In her free time she can be found at the ball fields, Both her children are involved in sports and she is one supportive mama! She is also a very active member of her church, Community Pentecostal Center in Stanley, NC.
Sarah has been a dental assistant for 4 years. She enjoys spending time with her family outside of work, her favorite holiday is Christmas and she loves pizza!! She has a great sense of humor and keeps us laughing. It is great to have her on the team.
