Everyone was so nice & calming during my son's dental appointment. They helped sooth him during the beginning prep for a infected tooth extraction that took not even 5min with extraction in 20min, maybe less.

The dentist and the assistants were so patient with my elderly sister. They continued to assure her that they were almost done and they explained everything they were doing so she would feel secure. They were wonderful!!

I took my baby in with a teeth-gum injury and was seen by Dr Vuu. I took my baby in after a fall that same day with hoping to get help to avoid loosing teeth and repaid 3 chipped teeth. I was told we could inly wait for a teeth reaction and coloration or lose teeth. Totally the opposite of the help I was seeking. I was also told that the chipped was very small, which was not the case at all. She referred me to the pediatric dentist for a possible fill in. Which by the way, If I took my 2 yrs old to this place was thinking she was going to be seen by a pediatric dentist. I got a call today saying that the pediatric dentist can't even see my baby since he agreed with Dr Vuu. Waisted my time and didn't even provide with a solution to my problem. Wanted a second opinion since I wasn't happy at all with first visit and pediatric dentist denied to see my child

Heads up for anyone with a baby/young child, the new patient paperwork is about 20 pages long. Wish I would have been informed when I made the appointment because coming alone with my one year old and being handed a stack of papers was very stressful. I tried to ask for help going through the papers and all the front desk girls kept telling me was, "well if you go sit down and look through them you'll see" or "do you want us to reschedule?" Absolutely terrible customer service when I really needed some type of support with their NON-standard "standard" amount of paperwork. To add, the chairs in the lobby were dirty and the whole place looked run down. Will not be returning.

I have had good experiences here before, but it is definitely going downhill. They canceled our appointment without even notifying us! We showed up only for them to turn us away and say we can't reschedule for over a month! Completely unprofessional. I'm looking for a change now
