I have struggled with anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia for the last 2 to 3 years. I have terrible teeth and one was in a lot of pain. I explained this to the girls up front and everyone went above and beyond to help me. They let me take breaks and even step outside when I felt overwhelm coming on. They cared and made me feel comfortable. I'm excited to improve my oral health and we are switching our whole family over to them.

I first took my youngest daughter there in an emergency situation. Though we were not patients there, they got us right in and took extremely great care of her. This was 5 years ago. She was just in kindergarten and was very scared. The dental hygienist and Dr. Burns were so patient with her and very understanding. My whole family now goes to him regularly!

Wow what a wonderful dentist and oral surgeon! Brittany his assistant was great., I was totally terrified with what I had to have done. I was very comfortable trusting and no pain! The staff were all great and friendly. I highly recommend him! They also have a payment option if needed. Thanks to you all.

Recently, I had dental work done at Burns Dentistry and I was very pleased with the entire team. When I initially called a very professional and friendly receptionist answered the phone. When I arrived at my appointment, I was called back to the exam room a few minutes before my appointment. The Dental assistant and Dr, Burns were very efficient, courteous and worked great as a team. Bottomline- This dental office has a great team chemistry and have provided me with excellent dental care.

Nice atmosphere and great customer service. There was an issue with my insurance and Stevie was able to figure it out for me. Everyone in the office is so nice and make you very comfortable. Best dental office I have ever been to.

Dr Burns does a great job and makes his patients feel safe. He does a great job of explaining procedures and options to the customers. His staff is always friendly and they treat you like family.

I have severe anxiety when it involves a dentist or their office. I felt completely relaxed with both Dr. Burns and his awesome staff. I was fully informed going forward what to expect. Definitely 10 stars out of 5.

I just love Austin Burns and all the staff! They are all so polite, helpful and makes each appointment pleasurable! Dr Burn is very personable and down to earth! Will never go to any other dentist!
