Best dentist practice in the Cobb area. Front staff is amazing, dental hygienist are proficient, knowledgeable, and timely. Both Dentist are wonderful-especially Dr. Edwards- her demeanor is a breath of fresh air and skills are unmatched.

My mom has been coming here since she was a child, she came here while pregnant with me, and I started coming here once I was able as a child. I have been coming to Austell Dental Associates for about 20 years. Absolutely amazing and the front desk staff is so caring and helpful! Great customer service and I always have the best experience with them! Nothing negative to say about this place!!

Be aware of the services you are getting and what your insurance policy reads. Just received a surprise billing that I owe more because my insurance down coded their services. Only to find out this office has NEVER done amalgam filings (which 9 out of 10 is the only filing approved from ins). Therefore when I received my estimate, had the services done, I paid what was estimated. Now I get a bill for the difference. Not happy with a surprise bill when they knew this could be a possible issue. If it were for my previous dentist retiring (who was a very honest man) I would never have gone here.

Really surprised at a 4.9 rating. Dr Edwards and the staff are crooks! Not charged what I was told when I made the appointment! Dr Edwards is NOT thorough or accurate and lied when she told me problems with my teeth. I went to get a second opinion and found an honest dentist. Finally! Otherwise, I would have spent $2500 at this place!! Beware!!!

Nothing but a bunch of un Profesional theives! Come in multiple times with exams and repair plans and once it came down to it told me they couldn't help me the last min while we were there, took countless trips their and payments to get exams and plans worked out and basically just spit in our faces!

Wysteria is my literal favorite! She always brings me joy and keeps me laughing at my appointments. She's very thorough with my cleanings and makes sure my teeth are perfect! :)

I am glad I am in the care of Dr Gardner and his staff. They are always honest, efficient and thorough. They truly care about your well-being. I would wager any one of their other patients would say the same.

Austell Dental Associates is the BEST dental office in Austell! Dr. Gardner and his staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. My favorite Hygienist is Wysteria. I have very sensitive teeth, and she is so gentle when she clean my teeth.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pace at Austell Dental for over 20 years. I can't say enough about the team; from the dentist, dental hygienists and office staff! They are always professional and friendly! Although I've moved out of the local area, I chose to continue using Dr. Pace and my favorite dental hygienist, Wisteria, for my dental care!

I had a great experience today! I hadn't had fillings in a very long time. Dr. Edwards and her assistant took good care of me. They also made me feel very comfortable. While having my fillings done, I was allowed to listen to my favorite music on Alexa. They're awesome!

Austell Dental has the most wonderful staff, and I always receive amazing care. From regular checkups with Wysteria, to fillings with Dr. Gardner, I always have the best experience when I'm there. Scheduling appointments is easy and convenient, and Tracey, Mary and Julia always help me understand what treatment I will be receiving, and what my anticipated costs will be. I can't say enough good things about this practice

I couldn't imagine using anyone else! Beautiful waiting room, friendly staff that I've seen for years, professional doctors and a stress free environment. Very thankful that ADA still values family dentistry.

I love Austell Dental! I moved to Texas and I wouldn't dare switch to another dentist. I don't mind taking time out and coming back to Georgia just to visit the dentist every 6 months or so. The staff is great, friendly, and your appointment time will be the time you get seated! Special thanks to the hygienist Alexis.. She's gentle and overall a great person :)
