It's all about money! She wouldn't see me until I scheduled a deep cleaning . After that my crown came off then had to have the tooth pulled after thousands I spent on it. Didn't go back till I have a chip in one of my teeth. Such a bad experience,2 days later the filling came out. I decided not to go back to her ,good on my part because there was a large cavity in that tooth!!

Had a horrible experience with her and her staff during my last visit regarding multiple factors. They did not listen to or respect my wishes about my appointment that day and also did not inform me that they changed my hygienist. Do not recommend.

Wonderful staff all around and Dr. Ausnehmer is very kind. The building is very clean and tidy. I've been three times so far. They first visit was for a check up and cleaning where they found a cavity. The cleaning was perfect and everyone was nice. I came back for a second visit to have the cavity worked on and it was completely painless experience all around. The tool they used to inject numbing cream works in a way so that you barely feel it go into your gums, if at all. From my understanding, not every dentist has this tool. Regardless, it was incredibly quick and 100% pain free. I just went again today for my third time. They were incredibly safe with the Covid-19 situation ongoing and took multiple precautions throughout the visit to prevent a potential spread between anyone. I went in because my front bottom teeth are slightly crowded and on the bottom, back side of them, they were beginning to brown. I asked questions about this and the lady who did the cleaning was both polite and informative. They used a painless and quick process to spray off the stains that I was worried about, on top of the usual cleaning without any extra charge. No judgement either, just there to help and inform. The doctor has been incredibly polite every visit just like the rest of the staff. The lady who rang me out even assisted me with some questions I had regarding my insurance card. The price was completely fair to my knowledge. I definitely feel what I paid was worth it entirely. It's been a flawless experience every visit and after today I will be recommending this doctor and her staff even more.

I will give dr amber a star very nice dr but my experience along with my kid 1st time going last time going never coming back to this Practis again very rude impolite disrespectful staff some not all much more to my story this is the least of the whole Situation highly do not recommend coming to this place

Dr. Amber and our hygienist Cheryl were both wonderful with my 3 year old! It was his first teeth cleaning and they took time to explain everything to him and were so kind! Our entire family goes there and would highly recommend to others.

My experience there, where should I start. I'll be brief. Went there was told my teeth could be cosmetically be fix if I first spent a large amount of money on there in order procedures first. But after the first couple expensive and unnecessary procedures she said she couldnot ! help me. But if amber ausnehmer didn't lie up front and cause me to drop hundreds of dollars on the so called prep to prepare to fix my teeth I wouldn't have been so angry.

Money money money money............money. she talked me into the most expensive cleaning procedure available and when I had a problem with an implant she had done for me she wouldn't even look at it unless I paid her more $. While the surgeon who placed the implant was more than happy to check his work at no charge with xrays and all ,and other dentist were more than happy to check her work at no charge she oviously didn't care about work that she had done for me even tho I spent thousands with her. She said since I hadn't been there in awhile I would have to pay first before she would even check it out. Very unprofessional compared to any other dentist I've been to, it's clear that standing behind her work is not the main concern

Her front desk women that do the check in and billing are like a little clan that lies about everything made a appointment to get a wisdom tooth pulled was told that they would pull it get there and a lady comes in and says with a attitude if your not going to be a patient we won't do anything when I asked that question before I even made a appointment so I didn't waste my time think they need to use the wand so there not so nasty
