Dr Ricks is the BEST! I was terrified to get work done after being shamed by a previous dentist, but he took all that away. The whole office makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He even called to check on me after the procedure. Thank you Dr Ricks and staff for helping me to get my confidence back.

I had a filling pop off my front tooth when I was at a work conference from out of town. Aurora Family Dentistry got me in four hours after this happened and replaced the filling. The service I received here was amazing. Staff was super friendly and thorough when putting on a new filling. Would highly recommend!

I've been a patient at Aurora Family Dentistry for about 6 years. The minute you walk in the door, you can just tell these people care about your treatment. Every staff member I've encountered has always been very professional but personable enough to make me feel like family. The dental care I've received here is state of the art! Unfortunately I am moving out of state and will no longer be a part of this family. I'm grateful to Aurora Family Dentistry for all of the superb services I've received. I'll miss this place! Thank you to Dr. Ricks & Dr. Bailey and the entire Aurora Family Dentistry staff for always making my visits to the dentist pleasant!

Dr. Ricks is excellent. I've been to his practice for quite a few years now. He has very strong ethics. Very strong morality. He does cosmetic dentistry but won't try to sell something something that isn't needed. Won't do a procedure if it doesn't make sense. I personally have anxiety when it comes to dentists and he doesn't mess around. He's an expert with novacaine and I'm not always easy to numb. He makes sure nothing is painful. He and his staff go to great lengths to make sure things are done right. I've seen him treat absolutely everyone with great respect. I wanted to write this to encourage others who might be anxious or are looking for the right situation to come to Aurora Family Dentistry. The entire staff is hands down amazing. I appreciate every single one of them.

Yes I'm a real client and this is not advertising. I'm one of the most honest and straightforward people you'll probably meet and I do my research because I love my kids big much. I decided to go with Aurora family dentistry. I've been going to them for a bit now and my kids do too. My kids never have a problem going there and my oral health is gotten better since I've been in their care. If there's going to be a dentist office to get my money this one's going to be it. If you're looking for some place check them out now.

Even though I told Dr. Ricks he's my least favorite doctor today, it really is just dentistry I dislike. Dr. Ricks is ALWAYS amazing. He delivers care with humor and an easy smile. I truly believe he does what's best for his patients. Laura was also phenomenal. She's very aware of how her patient is feeling and takes those extra steps to ensure comfort while easing your fears. She gave me a warm blanket today during my visit and continually checked in to make sure I was ok and comfortable while she built my crown.

I do not have a great personal history with the dentist and have an insane amount of fear about going. From the moment I called Aurora Family Dentistry they were so kind and caring towards me. I cried in my consultation with Dr. Ricks but there was absolutely no judgement. He was calm and walked me through all of my fears. I went back today to complete some work and everyone is still just as incredible. Skylar is amazing and a joy to be around. Yet again they made me feel so comfortable and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. For anyone who has a fear of the dentist I highly recommend visiting this practice.

I had a great experience here for my new patient cleaning. They take the time to do x-rays and pictures and explain exactly what they are seeing with recommended treatment. I will be getting additional work done by them. The office staff was warm and welcoming. I recommend 10/10
