I have been looking for a reliable dentist since I moved here from California 4 years ago and I'm so glad my friend referred Dr Lu to me. My friend moved to Allen and had switched to a new prestigious dentist who ended up cussing her bad infection and a fever 2 weeks after and almost had to lose her her tooth. She couldn't get an urgent dental appointment with the Allen dentist but Dr Lu was willing to see her after hours due to the emergency. The infection was very bad but Dr Lu saved her tooth. I had a chipped molar and I went to two docs they both said due to the chipped size crown is the only way. I came to Dr Lu for a 3rd opinion and she is the only dentist who even noticed that I had a very similar chipped tooth on the other side of my mouth, she agreed the area is too big but on the conservative side we could still try filling first. It took her only 20 min and my chipped tooth is good as new. I highly recommend Dr Liu for her skills. I think she also has a Harvard dental degree or something.

We certainly love this place. The one star is less due to the reason they are already full on Saturdays 7 months in advance in 2022. This is what happens when you take more customers exceeding your ability to provide service to your existing customers. I really don't want to go to anywhere else as we certainly love this place. I would expect management will improve the availability for your loyal customers for years on Saturdays as we don't want kids to skip classes due to dentist not available on Saturdays for the next 7 months.

Dr. Liu and the staff are very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I switched to Aurora dentistry since 2019 and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Liu helped me with one crown, three veneers and many other dental care. In particular, when I meet some problems during/after the treatment, she is very willing to check the issues, explain the situation, and listen to patients' thoughts. I highly recommend Aurora dentistry and have referred it to many friends. Angela in the office is also very friendly and process the payment responsibly with the insurance company.

We had a very BAD experience with our visit here! It's our first time to come here. We asked a regular clean, but the doctor and the saleswoman said they can only offer the deep clean! They took one hour to take xRay pictures again and again, actually xRay shouldn't be taken more than one time for the same part due to the radiation issue! After long time of taking xRay pictures, then they started checking our insurance, based on our past experience, this issue is done before our visit! Besides, they even checked our blood pressure! This is our first experience ever that dental Doctor checks patient's blood pressure! Any surgery they are considering to offer?? Isn't that too early to think about that? After checking our xRay pictures, the Korean doctor told us we have to do the deep clean. We told this Korean doctor we are doing regular clean every six months and every time our previous dental doctor offered a very detailed cleaning service without charging extra. We want to see what the regular clean looks like here, so we requested regular clean only for this time. Then the doctor told us to talk to the lady who's name called Cathy, we told Cathy we only do the regular cleaning since this is our fist time to come to this dental office. however Cathy said she follow the doctor's request only! Finally, we left without accepting our teeth's regular clean service! This dental clinic doesn't respect their patients. Just do whatever they want to do! Protect your teeth and your health from such a horrible service!

My place 100%. No pain, no hurry and staff is super friendly. Never experienced this kind of treatment at dentist before. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Our family switch to Aurora Dentistry. The dentist and staff are very professional and friendly. I can tell they all try best to help patients. The treatments are clear and organized. Definitely highly recommend Aurora Dentistry!

The dentist is wonderful. She is so professional and knowledgeable. Take time to listen and explain everything. She and her staff are friendly. My wife even switched to her. She is also great with kids. I took my 1 year old for her first "check-up" and she was great with her! If you need a dentist, highly recommend Dr. Liu and Aurora Dentistry!

I went there for a complete check up and dental cleaning. She found I had some cavity needed to be taking care of She started with one and it wasn't bad ,I noticed lots of pain to keep my jaw open She said was her "safety grip" When I went back home and the anesthesia was over I started to have weird closure of my jaw..my teeth "were going together "differently over time ..sometimes was really hard to close my mouth.. I called ,they said I probably needed a "bite adjustment "but when she checked on me She apologized and say she had dislocated my jaw She gave me prescription for a bunch of medications and she said for next treatments she was suggesting me to take muscle relaxants before the visits That was it for her ..was January 2018 Since then many doctors ,many meds Other dentists gave me dental splints because my "meniscus thing"between upper and lower jaw is gone.. Eating is difficult..lots of pain I just feel hopeless.

Growing up I never had more than 2 cavaties at a time, and had cleanings 2x a year, so my dental hygiene was never terrible. The entire cleaning took close to 2 hours, which was incredibly uncomfortable as you're sitting with your mouth wide open so they can get pictures inside your mouth, which didn't work 80% of the time. They told me I have 7 cavaties and wanted me to come in 2 additional times to get them filled. Knowing that I have always had good dental hygiene, I went back to my dentist I grew up with in NY to get a 2nd opinion. Turns out I had 2 real cavaties, and one filling that needed to be sealed. I called twice after my visit to obtain a report of the location of each cavity to take for a 2nd opinion, but never received anything. I'm so glad I got a second opinion, instead of having this dentist fill tiny holes that could have been fixed with some ACT mouthwash and more frequent flossing. Will never be returning here.

Doctors are so amazing! The entire staff has always provided me a very good experience for my entire family. The very friendly dental hygienist has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable sitting in the dentist chair. They educate me, inform me, and provide great feedback on my oral hygiene. I highly recommend Aurora Dentistry for all of your family's dental needs.

I am visiting Dr. Yao Liu from last 3 years . Her service is amazing.
