I don't know what has happened with this practice but it is HORRIBLE now! Pre-COVID we used this office for our entire family. The office staff under Lacy's management was friendly and responsive. Now, I can't even get a return phone call after I've left FOUR(4) different messages (1 directly with the front desk person, 3 on the voicemail). When I left the first message directly with the front desk person, I was told the office manager would call me back that afternoon after she spoke with the insurance company. No phone call as promised and no response to my additional THREE messages left on voicemail asking that the office manager by name return my promised phone call. The whole reason we are needing a call back is because it seems that Aurasmile can't seem to enter our insurance information correctly. Both my employer and my insurance company confirm my husband is on my policy, yet the office staff at Aurasmile cannot seem to get their act together. I just left my last message informing them we will no longer be using their practice and to please be responsive when our new dental practice sends a request for records. Move on and don't waste your time with this practice!

Really poor. Took over three years to bill me due to an insurance error. Would not provide receipt for $800 charge! Find a better dentist to go to.

Ashlee and the team really care about their patients. After calling this morning that I had an issue, they were able to get me in today and fixed my issue immediately, and it was pain free! I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Voiers and all of his staff provide excellent and thorough dental service. He provided me a dental plan tailored for my specific needs and concerns. He is always available if you have a question. His state of the art equipment is second to none and provides the patient a view of what he sees. I was referred to him by a friend. I referred my husband, daughter and friends. Been a patient for years, no real problems really but never really impressed either. Recently found out that I would be charged $50 for canceling day of the appt (I was sick, not flaking)... so I took myself in despite leaving them a voicemail to cancel before they opened because they would rather have people irresponsibly come in sick than just reschedule them.

After moving to Avon I was in need of a dentist. I checked my insurance to find a provider in my area, The professional and friendly staff of this office is outstanding. The doctor was friendly, caring and took some much time examining my teeth I never felt rushed. I rarely do reviews but this office is 5 stars from calling the office for my appointment to my visit in the office. I highly recommend them

Excellent experience with the results of my Aligners. My teeth look remarkably better than before. This improves my confidence to smile and my teeth are much easier to keep clean with the proper spacing. Dr. Voiers and his team did a great job of guiding me through the process and I am very pleased with the results.

The people here are awesome ! I recommend this place highly , warm caring staff that takes good care of you and the best part is Dr. Douglas Voiers he has always been there for me .
