I feel like they could have more respect and the receptionist also gotta work on the attitude cause for one u ain't gotta talk to a parent like a child like okay that's it u can go now. And I felt like if the lady didn't get no attitude or scream at my child she should of approached me and told me she didn't get an attitude or wasn't trying to be rude or have her think she was being mean but instead she walked straight out the door so it seems like to me it was some kinda guilt

I'm giving this place a one star because I almost passed out during the x ray I had axinety and i keep saying my nose bleeding and they act like they dont care I hate this place I'm 14 years old and yes I went to this place since 2012 and now the nurses is so rude and I have a freaking headache

The front desk staff was patient professional and extremely knowledgeable. I used to bring my children a few years ago and I let the distance keep me closer to home but I ended up coming back because of the service. My children's teeth do well under their care.

Please do not take your children here. My daughter appointment was at 1:00 and we didn't get seen until 2:00. Make sure to look at your bills correctly because they will lie to you about it. The place also didn't look good in the inside.

If I could give Augusta Smiles less than one star I would. DO NOT waste your time by bringing your children here. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized like no other office I have encountered before. I have had nothing but problems and wasted trips since my daughter first received her braces. They schedule appointments incorrectly, the wait times are extreme, the staff both behind the desk and the staff performing the destistry and orthodontics work are inexperienced. The office as a whole has no respect for patients time or a sense of professionalism. There should be a Dr. there at all times but on most of my visits there was no Dr. to be found. Also, on one occasion the receptionist had her baby at work with her. Please spare yourself and your child the headache and avoid this office.

My daughter got sick right after getting fillings on the 22 and she still sick today they do not sanitize there stuff and the staff in the front is rude and unprofessional

When i went to this dentist it went bad after of something they said I have no cavities but after we went to go in a car, my teeth started hurting. I hope we never go back to this dentist again.

Just called to make am appt 12/22/21 @ 10:55 The woman i spoke with tried to deter me from making an appt , wasn't pleasant and cared more about the payment then anything . She never asked what i wanted the appt for, what my kids name is or anything . Now i have insurance but i will not bring my kids somewhere that clearly cares about the insurance over the needs of the patient. So i will go else where in hopes that im treated like a person and my kids are made to feel comfortable and not like a dollar amount !

DO NOT go Augusta Smiles for Pediatric dental care. I love the staff but the billing portion is lacking. They didn't bill my insurance company and I've been dealing with a bill for months with minimal participation from the billing section.

I like the staff and facility but I hate having to wait so long even though you have an appointment, it's ridiculous to be waiting 30 mins before u are seen and another hr when you finally get to the back, something has to get better.

This place is horrible... my appointment was at 8:45am... it is now 10:00am and I am still waiting for my son to be called back... he's hungry and had not eaten since 10pm the previous night due to having dental work the following day.... they have no consideration for children having to go to school or parents having to go to work... they overbook which puts themselves behind and then apologize... I would of been happy with a simple "sorry it's taking so long but we will be right with you" ... but I got nothing!!
