If I could leave a 0 star I would. I called them to check if they take our insurance and they said yes, they did not mention yes but we are out of network. For a simple cleaning they charged $595. If you can go somewhere else I would suggest that. Not going back to this place where a cleaning and some x-rays cost $595.

I love dr. Dryer. and her staff they are amazing. I have terrible dental anxiety and they are heavenly. I just had three cavities. They charged me almost $300. I paid. I was then sent a bill for $200 saying insurance didn't pay the rest. Almost $500+ what insurance did pay to have some cavities filled? I feel like they are way overpriced or I got ripped off.

Best dentist office I have every been to. Everyone is great there. This office definitely made me not scared to go to the dentist anymore! You should probably go ahead and call and make an appointment!

I remember all the years I was afraid to go to the dentist. I still was when I very went to Augusta SmileCare. Then I built a relationship with people in the office from front checking in the checking out. I let my dentist know exactly how I feel at every visit so we are on the same page. Just had cleaning yesterdays and learned the importance of getting a crown which is my next step.. If there's one thing from this post that I want others reading this to remember is keep an open communication going between you and your dentists. Stay verbal and ask questions throughout the whole process. Augusta SmileCare I highly recommend. If you decide to use this office, use me as a referral you get $50 off and I get $50 off but you have to let them now.. Thank you Dr. Dyer,Dr. Massey and Tonya and all staff for your excellent service!!!!

I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist because of a previous very bad experience. After moving to this area, I made an appointment with Dr. Massey at Augusta SmileCare. They were excellent from scheduling the first appointment thru checking out afterwards. Everything was great! I only waited about five minutes to be called back. The tech was patient, informed and helpful. Dr. Massey was awesome. He took the time to explain what I needed, and to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend their office.

My family has been going to Augusta Smile Care for years and have had an overall fine experience until recently. Up until this year, we never had dental insurance, so we paid for every visit and dental procedure out of pocket. As of this year, we enrolled into a dental insurance plan for the first time. On August 14th, my wife called Augusta Smile Care to confirm if they accepted our new dental insurance and she was told that they would accept our dental insurance. On August 22nd & August 23rd, my wife visited Augusta Smile Care for dental treatment that we expected to be covered by our dental insurance, based off the conversation she had with the Augusta Smile Care office staff. On September 12th, our dental insurance provider informed us that Augusta Smile Care does not accept our dental insurance. Since Augusta Smile Care does not accept our dental insurance, we have incurred almost $1,000 of dental expenses that we would not have completed at Augusta Smile Care if we were properly informed up front. As of today, on October 6th, I contacted Augusta Smile Care and requested that they waive the balance that we owe because we would have went to a different dentist office for our services that accept our dental insurance if we were properly informed up front. I spoke with Katelyn on the phone and urged her to look at our payment history. Since we never had dental insurance in the past, we have paid thousands of dollars out of pocket, with no previous complaints, but now we have been misled and we still are responsible to pay even more money. I paid my balance in full today, but I want to make a public statement that the Augusta Smile Care team does not do right by their customers. The customer should not be penalized if the office staff provided incorrect information. That is not how good business is conducted.

I had a really great experience at Augusta SmileCare. I had a thorough cleaning with Tonya, Dr. Massey, Dr. Dyer and Dani did amazing crown/filling work with assistance from ShaQuinte, and the front desk staff Leslie, Katelyn, and Kristen were very accommodating. EVERYONE was very sweet and I am super appreciative for their patience and dedication because I tend to experience high levels of anxiety at the dentist and I felt at ease every visit. I would highly recommend! Also, they have the best chapstick!
