The Augusta Regional Clinic is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who represent a diverse cross-section of our community. Board members are elected and consist of representatives from business, medical, dental, banking, legal, human service and educational industries. Board meetings and committee meetings are held regularly throughout the year.

I took a neighbor there for oral surgery. I had fun. I don't know about him. He DID seem pleased with the work he had done though.

Always nice staff . My kids have been going to the clinic since there first tooth came in. They are teenagers now so that says alot. They are good with kids.

I have to say this place is very clean and the staff and Dental hygienists and Dentist are very nice and very knowledgeable. I have an autistic adult son and they treat him with love and respect. I highly recommend this place.

Main points: Rude and dismissive staff. You have to book insanely far out for appointments. -- I have a very small mouth and was unable to bite down on the bitewing for my x-Ray. I told the dental assistant that I couldn't and she insisted "you CAN. It's just uncomfortable." After telling her it's super painful and I physically can't she says "we only have one size of this thing, we all have the same size mouths." Like... what? How is a dent assistant gonna say all adults have the same size mouths? That's just flat out untrue. She could have offered a pediatric one but I didn't think to ask for it at the time. -- I have cavities that are extremely painful throughout the day even with multiple brushes. When I expressed concern when hearing that they wouldn't be able to get me in for a filling until FOUR MONTHS LATER the dentist looked confused at me and said, "they're just minor cavities those don't hurt that much." How is she going to tell me what my pain level ought to be? It's not going to hurt less just because she said it ought to hurt less. What even is the point in saying something like that except to be dismissive and out her patients down. -- As a plus the front desk staff was polite and kind. But that doesn't make up for what the doctors did and said.

It's a great clinic but 2 staff members treated me like I was nobody and gave me additude and was rude to me. Made me wanna cry.

I'm new to this area by unfortunate cicumstances. I have limited exposure to Augusta Regional Clinic but very impressed to this present day. As someone with limited resources at this time, I can say that they have been kind, thoughtful, helpfull, and expediant in helping deal with health issues. This is true both for health services, and financial aid.
