Masterful with novacaine. Ive had alot done to my mouth from many different dentists. I got a root canal. Im so glad they saved my tooth. No pain

I did not have a good experience at this dentist. The doctor said I had several cavities which needed to be drilled, and a second opinion from a different dentist said I did not. This happened more than once. The dental hygienist was very kind / good at her job, but I would not trust the doctor.

To the point here - they said I needed work done that I did not and a second opinion corroborated my hunch. I'd find another dentist if this is your trusted advisor as they failed me and were willing to drill far too quickly. Was a regular from 2016-2019 but in mid 2018 I think something changed at the practice... they were always behind and the cleanings as mentioned in other reviews were very painful and the X ray "mechanism" actually cut the roof of my mouth, I received the most insincere apology too. Find another option. You'll never regret that. I regret having my first set of "cavities" filled with them... felt worse than leaving a questionable mechanic as this is my mouth not my car. Disappointed in your practice! PS they really don't answer the phones often because reception is a hygienist or at least an assistant. Red flag!

The most PAINFUL cleaning of my life. Avoid Dr. Miali!! (sp?) I've been going to Auburndale Dental for about a year. I've always taken good care of my teeth and had regular cleanings every six months - aside from fillings now and then, I've really never had any trouble and have never had any reason to fear or loathe the dentist. Until today. Six months ago I had a cleaning and a filling over two appointments by a very kind and friendly female dentist on staff - I believe she had an Arabic name. Plus everyone - from the hygienists to the receptionist - were so nice! For the last six months, anytime I've seen a recommendation for a dentist on social media I've ALWAYS piped up and recommended Auburndale Dental. But today's was the polar opposite - I literally left the office in tears. First, I thought something was off when a male dentist I'd never seen before came into the room and said "Nice to see you again" and proceeded to tell me not to worry, he was just going to numb the side here - which was it, the right or the left? "Uh, I'm here for a cleaning?" I answered. Oh. He proceeded with an exam - everything's fine - and then did the cleaning himself and...oh my gosh, it was excruciating. 30 years of regular teeth cleanings and I've NEVER had an experience like this; like continuous little stabs with a razor blade on my gums all over my mouth. I had tears in my eyes and I could taste the blood as he was grinding away and came this close to leaping out of my chair and walking out. He finished in record time and left me with a dull soreness all over my mouth. More than an hour later, my gums are still bleeding. Shakily I asked the hygienist for the name of that dentist - Dr. Miali (sp?) she replied - and afterwards when they made my follow-up appointment in six months I asked if I could please make it with ANY DENTIST EXCEPT DR. MIALI. (If she had said "no" I would have said I'm never coming back again.) But I'm willing to give them another chance because I still remember how WONDERFUL they were the first time around. Severely shaken from that experience, the tears finally broke when I left the office. Gone are my 5 stars - Auburndale Dental gets a reluctant 2, now. Avoid that butcher of a dentist.

We move a lot and I have changed many dentists over the years. Both my husband and I have had appointments now at Auburndale Dental and we both were very impressed. This office is by far one of the best we have ever visited. The office itself is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the best part is the doctor. She is very gentle, nice and does an amazing work and not pushy, not trying to sell any procedures. I am switching my kids to this office as well! So glad I have found them.

I Loved my experience with Dr. Al. He is the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever been to. Very recommended ! I got a tooth extraction and he did everything possible to make sure I was very well taken care of. Amazing staff as well

I had my first visit today and I must say it was amazing, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the door! The staff was very kind and super helpful with my insurance. Dr. Abood was completely patient with me, she answered each and every question I had. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! Excellent experience!!

I have been coming here for years, fantastic staff, great dentist. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 2, they are great with her, she loves them. I highly recommend to everyone.
