Had a good first visit at AFD this afternoon. I've been going to a periodontist since 2019 & my dentist couldn't help me out so I needed to find another dentist. Especially one who takes my insurance. I didn't wait terribly long since this was an initial consult & I was fit in. I didn't see an elevator in the building so beware if you can't climb stairs unless there's one I missed. All in all a good experience.

Took grandson about 3 weeks ago for cleaning. Waited 45 min before he went in. He came out 45 min later with cleaning, x-rays, and 2 fillings that were not really needed. No one told me what was going on any point. Took 2 grands today and waited 45 min for cleanings that never happened because I got up and left. Was told you don't just jump in dental chair when you are a new patient! Never will go back. They just lost 5 patients and possibly 4 more. Happened again yesterday. Took 14 yr old granddaughter for filling at 1. Waiting room already had 2 people spread out. Sign on wall by door said to call so I did. No answer left message that I could clearly hear in hallway. Went in at 1:30 to see if anyone was at desk. Dentist started to ignore me but came to window. I asked how much longer wait would be and was told she didn't know we were there. Should have come in and sat in what would have been a crowded waiting room that still has a terrible smell. Told her I called when I got there as sign said but was told that was for covid. Take the sign down then. Was told we would have to reschedule. Really. You still had two patients to see you never would have gotten to us! This office is a joke and very unprofessional. I'm glad you can afford to lose patients because now you have lost nine from our family. Wish I knew where to report this.

Horrible. First appt went okay then second appt for 3 tooth extractions. I waited for an hour before I left because no one showed up! Husband took off work so I could make it to my appt. I never got a phone call or anything from them and I left numerous emails and voicemails. Finally 10 pm when I was in bed I got an email from the dentist saying sorry and she would reschedule. Well when I finally got in again I waited in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before being seen!! Then was told they would only pull one tooth and each tooth would have to be sperate appts. Whatever. So I had one tooth extracted. She was not very nice about me being nervous...how many ppl are excited about a tooth being pulled. So after she pulled the tooth she had the nerve to tell me that if I cancel she will never see me again. Are you kidding me?!?!?! This is a horrible woman and horrible dentist. Would NEVER recommend!

I had the worst experience ever! My appointment was at 10:30 and i don't get in till 11:30. The receptionist was very sweet made sure i was alright and welcomed. and then the dentist came in took over and was very hard i. my teeth. i was getting my x-rays done and yelled at me to bit down and asked if i moved and i said no while chocking. once i was done went to sit in the chair and she start telling me how i have cavity after cavity after cavity ( which i know i have a few ) but she started to clean them. she was very rough and my teeth become in pain that my eyes started to water ( my teeth are really sensitive) and she looked at me and told me that it's not my fault you are in pain and she continue to go as hard as she can. After the cleaning she told me that she will give me a referral to get my teeth filled and One surgically removed because if i don't like the tools in my mouth. i don't mind the tools it's the fact that i was in pain and your told me that it's not your fault. i understand it's not your fault but you should put into consideration that you patient is in pain and you should have taken like a 30 second break so her teeth were such in pain. So please if you wanna come here DONT ! oh and i had two other people after me and mind you their appointments were 11:30 and 12:00 and they didn't get in till like 1:30. 2:30. if you are short staffed next time do schedule people an hours apart

They're one of the best dentistry that I've been to. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect. The office is clean and the staff professional. I recommend their service to anyone.

I have had the best experience with this dentist. She has helped me and my family with our appointments. She is very understanding and has a lot of patience. I recommend Dr. Kaur's office for everyone. Dr. Kaur work is wonderful all here Denture pets walk away happy and complete. The office has a family like feel and they will get you in as an emergency ASAP. Just call and check it out for yourself.

This was a extremely horrible experience the dentist and her assistant were late they open at 9:30 and that's when my wife's appointment was and they didn't arrive until 9:35 and anyone who's has any knowledge of a dental office the have a lot to prep before they can see a patient. Then after 45 min she was finally called into the office and because my wife said can you be on time next time because she has work the dentist started to snap at her and said you are going to make me start my day off bad I'm just going to end the appointment now. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Lastly there is no privacy here if you have to get work done everyone in the office can see you. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If you check my recent reviews I only give good reviews and that's only once in a blue moon I don't really do the review thing but this needed this. Don't say I didn't warn you

Can't thank the staff at Auburn Family Dental enough! I was in a lot of pain with an infected molar....they were able to take me right away and even stayed open to help me! DR Kaur removed the tooth and I never felt a thing she was very professional ....the staff was very accommodating....I can not thank them enough.....Cathy Sperduti

This place was horrible to my sister. Cut her gums open, she had an anxiety attack because she couldn't breath, gave her no pain medicine none antibiotic, left her gums cut open and told her to leave. Didn't give her a chance to calm down or anything. Definitely not a place we will ever be going back to. Nobody knew what they were doing.

This place was horrible to my sister. It took them 2 tried atlease 10 min a piece to take my x-rays. Cleaning was done terribly. Skipped removal of tartar, just polished teeth. It told I had 6 cavities that had to be fixed. Second opinion showed that I has small cavity.

I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone, I myself had an extraction here and didn't feel a thing I was treated with respect and professionalism. You receive good and timely service with a smile

Had a good experience, the doctor responsive to all my concerns, got my appointment rescheduled on a short notice, and got my tooth extracted in a timely manner. Would recommend.

It took them 2 tried atlease 10 min a piece to take my x-rays. Cleaning was done terribly. Skipped removal of tartar, just polished teeth. It told I had 6 cavities that had to be fixed. Second opinion showed that I has small cavity.
