My Dr. Lewis quit in the middle of a root canal and now it's Friday and I'm in pain with no one to call because they are closed. They said to come back in 2 months, so in Professsional.

Dr. Lewis's service was excellent. Would highly recommend his services. The office manager at the front desk, however, was discourteous. She discounted the information from my neurogist and attempted to correct that information with her own analysis.

Very professional and kind. Dr. Lewis and his team are wonderful. I have a hard time going to the dentist and they made me feel right at home! Fantastic people!!

Dr Lewis has a wonderful personality and is very professional! I have used the services at this location years ago and was very pleased. However; I currently had a switch over with dental insurance and informed the receptionist (Janet ) and called twice which I asked what would I have to come out of pocket with for the payment just in case it was a percentage rate of coverage. She stated she would take care of finding out as she could pull it up on the computer. The day I arrived she had the dental company on the phone, I completed the office paper work, then she looks at me and says your still in a waiting period with your insurance and handed me my drivers license back with a plain look on her face and she said nothing else, so I was like okay I wish I would had known being I do not live near by (45 min drive) then she looked down and went back to work as if she did not care to serve me. Now she could had stated that I could still have my appointment and would have to pay full amount for the office visit, but she did nothing. I left disappointed and felt unwanted there due to her. The good thing is I contacted another specialist and the receptionist was very nice, informative as she stated what the office visit amount would cost etc and took me in for a consultation that same week.

Everyone was kind and conversational, took less than hour and I was done, if I know anyone needing treatment I will refer, also on United Concordia /Tricare approved.
