Dr. Clauson received dual degrees in biochemistry and neuroscience at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his general dentistry residency at Columbia University.
Dr. Clauson previously practiced dentistry in New Jersey, specializing in endodontics, periodontal therapy, and wisdom teeth removal. He has vast experience with placing implants with the top implant surgeons in the country. He participates in continuing education courses for placing and restoring dental implants as well as other areas of the general dentistry field.

Hands down the best dentist and dental staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. I've got all my cavities done, a new and better crown put in. I also got my six month cleaning there.My sister got a root canal done and they did amazing job!

I highly recommend Auburn Dental. I moved 4 years ago to the area. My past denist said I needed a lot of work. When I saw Dr. Clauson his exam and x-rays showed no signs of work needed. Dr Clauson and his staff are wonderful, polite and efficient. I am happy with my care and how my teeth and mouth feel. MO
