I was here. About 1 year ago and I'm still dealing with my teeth. This dentist was out the door before I could get checked out. My jaw was out of line from my visit for 10 months after he got done with me. Every morning I've had to bite down a few times till my jaw would CLICK back in place. Very painfull. Now the tooth he capped had to come out because of a erupted root. Didn't want to make him mad till he was done but quickly got my records and went somewhere else after the two visits. WORST DENTIST IVE BEEN TO IN 65 YEARS. Still dealing with his mess today.

THESE ARE THE SAME DENTISTs FROM SOUTHERN VIEW DENTAL. THEY JUST TOOK OVER THE BUILDING AND KEPT THE NAME. THEIR SPRINGFIELD OFFICE IS DIRTY. I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THEM.

The office staff were nice and friendly but my 7 year old son is scared of the dentist and the nurse told my husband not to waste his breath trying to calm him down. They also told us that my 12 year old daughter had a cavity but when we took her to the orthodontist, a week after that appointment, they completed full X rays and exam and found no evidence of a cavity! My family will not go back.

Website says hours of operation are 8 am - 6 pm. I have been calling all morning and no one is available to take my call??
