Dr. K was so helpful and prompt when I needed unscheduled treatment for a dislodged crown. Just one day before the issue was being rectified. I'm grateful for her thoroughness!

I really like this place! I have a pretty good amount of anxiety going to the dentist and they alway are so great with me and my whole family. The kids have been going since they were pretty small and they were great with them since then.

Dr. K is truly amazing! She listens and addressed my concerns. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful dentist. I look forward to bringing in my husband and daughter so my entire family can have a happy, healthy smile. The entire staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dan and his crew are amazing. They are so positive and supportive my routine care and occasional repairs no longer cause the anxiety I used to have. Make your first appointment, that's the toughest step, but you won't regret it.

I really like Dr. K. She is very personable and thorough and presents options without being "pushy." I appreciate her high standard of care. Strike 1= They are not straightforward with billing. They told me what I wanted to hear. I had a consultation visit that turned into a procedural visit. Before the procedure, I double-checked with them about how the billing would work and my insurance coverage. Multiple employees and the doctor assured me that I was covered and that they would bill my insurance. A month later, I received a lab bill. Calling Auburn Dental was not helpful. They said that this was not a bill from them but a third-party lab they use. Strike 2= They never called me about my lab results. A month later, after receiving a bill, I called them and left two different messages. They did not call me back. On my third attempt, I spoke with someone, and they nearly insisted that I come in for a follow-up apt. I pleaded with them to just get a call back from the doctor. About a week later, the doctor called and said everything was fine, and I did not need a follow-up unless I wanted to come in.
