Worked me in same day. Staff were friendly and courteous. Dr Simon did a great job. Root canal was completed with minimal discomfort. Had no soreness or stiffness of the jaw afterwards. Highly recommnded.

Dr. Steve Simon saw me on short notice when I had a broken molar and needed a root canal to stop the searing pain. He did a fantastic job! The office is very nice and comfortable and everyone I interacted with were accommodating. If you need an endodontist look no further.

I had a really good experience here. Dr. Simon and his assistant was awesome. I had to drive out about 45 mins from home. It was well worth it. I fell asleep at one point during the root canal. Dr. Simon put in some serious work on my stubborn tooth. He took his time and ensured that it was done to perfection!!!

Truly an incredible practice! Dr. Simon is extremely professional, knowledgable, experienced and very caring! I had a severe issues that I wasn't sure how would be treated and Dr. Simon completely fixed it! His whole team is incredibly nice, caring and easy to work with! I highly recommend ATX Endodontics!

Not recommended - Requires unnecessary services before treatement despite primary dentist referral. My dentist determined that I needed a root canal and I made an appointment with Dr. Simon's office at ATX Round Rock. 2 days prior to my appointment they called with an estimate - almost $900 AFTER insurance. I told them something isn't right because they are an in-network PPO provide and the negotiated rate per my insurance website is $864, 50% of which the insurance would may. So my share should be $432 plus my $50 annual deductible. Only then did they disclose that the fee includes a required consultation and tests. I told them that my dentist identified that I needed a root canal (via X-Rays and drilling into the tooth) and referred me. They said they wanted to run tests to make sure that the tooth isn't fractured. Uhm... A $10 bitewing will show that. And my dentist can send over the X-Rays they took. I told her I didn't need $400 of consultations and tests and just wanted the root canal my dentist stated I needed. She told me that they would not do it without me having the consultation and tests. Luckily I wasn't in severe pain so I cancelled and went to another provider. But I wondered how many people in severe pain that were referred by their dentist will pay for the unnecessary consultiation and tests simply because they don't want to be in pain any longer than they have to be. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because at least they told me the ridiculous amount they wanted to charge before the appointment rather than me having to argue it after.

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family...I was in lot of pain and they gave me same day appointment ...Dr Simon and his team did a great job....would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Awesome, very professional and experts at what they do. I would recommend these pro's everytime. Stormy was very attentive and knowledgable with the process and facilitating the work prep. Reception was very polite and made me feel right at home. DR. Stephen Simon made my root canal very fast and literally no pain. He also fixed the crown I had that was not correctly done by another dentist.

Dr Simon and the entire office were fantastic. I was in a ton of pain, and in need of a root canal, and they not only got me in the same day they fixed the tooth. I highly recommend them!

1st time for a root canal. Dr. Simmon and staff explained everything along the way and calmed all my fears. Was painless from beginning to end. If I ever need another one, he's the guy that will be doing it. Was a piece of cake

Don't let the dreaded words "you need a root canal" frighten you. While not the most fun way to spend an hour or so, it is not the experience you have always heard bad (and false) rumors about.. Number one place to go is Dr. Stephen Simon's office, ATX Endodontics. From start to finish, Dr. Simon tells you exactly what you will feel, taste, and hear. No pain whatsoever is mentioned or experienced. His capable assistant, Stormie, anticipates your every need before you do. In addition, you are given specific post-op instructions, and Dr. Simon's cell phone number is on them should you have concerns when the office is closed. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and next day follow-up a plus. For me, the biggest challenge was not talking while hands were in my mouth, but he and Stormie interpret hand gestures quite well! I give my wholehearted recommendation for these folks.

I just had my first root canal and was a a bit nervous, as I didn't know what to expect. My experience could not have been any better! First of all, the staff were so kind and attentive to all of my concerns. Second, they were very accommodating of my short window of availability, as we were moving out of state the following week. Dr Simon explained the procedure in a very calming, reassuring manner that immediately made me feel comfortable. His method of anesthesia application was the easiest and least painful I've ever experienced! I would highly recommend Dr Simon and his staff!

No one wants to get a root canal but if you need to have one, this is the place! I had to have a last minute root canal and they got me in right away, same day! So grateful for Dr. Simon, Shauna Baker and the amazing staff at the RR office. They made me as comfortable as possible and I feel a million times better. 10/10!
