Dr. Albert grew up in Dayton, OH. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati, he moved on to the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Today, he happily resides in western Chicago with his wife Dr. Miranda Albert (a pediatric dentist who also practices locally), their two children, and their dog Oscar.
When he isnt busy at Atrium Family Dental, Dr. Albert enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and traveling. Other hobbies include skiing, biking, playing tennis, and sampling lots of the wonderful foods that the Chicago area has to offer.
Dr. Snow attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry for her doctorate and then moved onto an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the prestigious University Hospital in the Chicago area. Following her education, she chose to begin her dental career in the city of Cincinnati while her husband was working on his medical residency. After spending most of her life in Ohio, she relocated to Chicago in order to be closer to loved ones. She has lived in this city for several years now with her husband and their black Lab Lex.
Dr. Snow is a proud member of the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She is a passionate learner when it comes to all things dentistry! She is always striving to elevate her skills in a variety of specialties and attends training courses on a regular basis for the sake of her patients.

Excellent Service, Great Cleaning, dental staff know what they are doing and are very friendly. Dr. Albert and team were able to answer all my dental questions, decrease tooth sensitivity and corrected my flossing technique. Originally, there was a mix-up at the front desk regarding billing and whether or not my insurance covered my visit - however the team was able to sort it out. Dr. Albert and team went above and beyond in terms of explaining what created the insurance mix-up. He truly cares about his business and doing everything he can to make patients happy.

Edit: Their response, as seen below, is inaccurate. I have dental insurance and health insurance that covers cleanings. You don't take bluecross? I provided both of my insurance cards... and I am aware of my coverage.. I absolutely called in advance. Take some responsibility!..(here's a thought...maybe you guys made a mistake!) Also one of the other dentist used your xrays, so are you saying they don't practice under the same guidlines? They try to up sell you on everything!!! I called weeks in advance and they never told me that they no longer take my insurance even though it's listed. They tried to tell me I had cavities and needed a deep cleaning. I went to two other dentist and guess what!!!! No cavities and no cleaning needed. They refused to do a general cleaning and I waited to get the appointment. So I had to go for 3 more months without a cleaning. They are terrible!!!! It's very fancy though so of you want to see how your money is being spent enjoy the multiple TVs playing Disney in each exam room!

I called and they fit me in same day! They went over my treatment plan with me and since I have secondary insurance I was a little confused upon leaving. Not even ten minutes later I get a call from Caroline asking if I had any more questions. She wanted to make sure I understood since I seemed confused when I left! I just thought that was really kind. She didn't have to, they had already explained it (thoroughly) I was just slow to understand the ins and outs of insurance billing. Very efficient and personable staff! They are an efficient, busy, but friendly place and I'll go back!

I had my first appointment yesterday and I'm so happy I found this practice. I've been searching for a new dentist since mine retired a few years ago. The entire staff was so friendly. Dr. Snow and her assistant, Rachel, were fantastic. They walked me through everything they were doing, took the time to discuss any of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I look forward to going to Atrium Family Dental for all my dental needs from now on.
