Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Have been going to Atrium Cosmetic & Family Dentistry for over 2 years now (my orthodontist Dr. Vicki E. Okamoto, DDS recommended it!) Nice, clean offices, friendly service, on-time start for appointments. Whenever I've gone, the dental technician does scheduling for your next appointment in the room with you so you can walk straight out without stopping at the front desk. Yeah! I've noticed they are also more concerned with your overall health as my first visit included a meeting with Dr. Kuo to discuss any dental issues and/or medications I was taking so they could make appropriate recommendations on the next treatment option taking all those factors into account. Never really had that at any of the other dentists I'd been to. Thank you for ALL your hard work!

Atrium is really A+. I chose them because of rave reviews and so glad I did! Tammy the hygienist is very thorough and friendly. Scheduling and billing staff there are very accommodating, professional and friendly. Dr Kuo is great. Very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. No BS. And affordable. Best dental office and care I have received in many years.

I have loved being a patient with Atrium! Dr. Tony Kuo and the staff here are fantastic. The front office is incredible at finding appointments that work with my busy schedule. During my appointments, I have had the pleasure of working with CiCi and Tami. They are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to my needs/concerns. Great office, friendly staff and they get you in and out on time! I had the privilege of being cleaned by Tami. She was incredibly gentle and sympathetic to my sensitive mouth. She even encouraged me to hang in there when I could barely stand the pain she was inflicting on me. Guess it serves me right for not flossing enough. Will definitely be back for another round of torture in 6 months, can't wait! Jeff

I have been going to Atrium Cosmetic and Family Dentistry since early 2016. I had to have some pretty serious and extensive work done and they have been fantastic the whole way through. Crowns, root canals, cleanings you name it I've probably had it done. Dr. Kuo and his staff always make sure I am cormfortable and educated in my treatment plan. All of his staff are friendly and proffesional. I highly recommend Atrium Dentistry! Thank you for giving my smile back!!
