The last few times I've had appointments, I've gotten calls to reschedule them. Finally, I was able to get an appointment that worked for them and for me. I showed up 15 minutes early and found the doors locked and lights off. I tried to call, and the call wouldn't connect. I double-checked Atlas Park's text confirming my 11:30 am visit, then I went on the website and asked live chat for help, but the number I was given dropped the call. No calls explaining what happened, a waste of my time, and now I get a text thanking me for my visit. Trust and believe I will never use Atlas Park again.

Under New Management. Will no longer be able to give feedback as they chose to no longer accept my Insurance. I will have to find another family friendly dental facility. As Corporate Greed has reared its ugly head

I had a cleaning which went well. It was discovered that I had cracked filling. I made an appointment for Saturday 7/31/22 at 12:30pm. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I was told I did not have an appointment and they could schedule for Monday. I promptly replied that was not convenient for me. ..

Atlas park dental is convenient and efficient. After calling I was able to get an appointment right away for an emergency crown repair. Dr. Abram you as very knowledgeable and really did make sure the service was personalized. Felt like he was more concerned and assuring about my pain management level and dealt with my phobia as I've never seen a dentist do before. Really appreciated his approach to the solution based on was best for me, and not financially best for the clinic. They don't call him king of the crowns for nothing. Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient here for about 6 years or so. At first they were great! Doctors, Hygienist, Front Staff everyone in general. I didn't have any issues with the doctor or hygienist. But lately it went downhill. First they would reschedule an appointment 24 hours before the day or a few hours before the appt date and time and weren't flexible at all. Ive had my dentist appointment to see the specialist reschedule three times. I am always nice on the phone and Ive let it slide too many times but what put the cherry on the top was when I made arrangements at work to see them (again no flexibility) they call me 4 hours before the appointment time at work to say they don't take my health insurance anymore. When I asked to speak to the manager all I got was I have no idea how this happen and hung up. I honestly didnt bother to call again but I am glad they dont take my insurance any more because I was becoming fed up with the rudeness, disrespect. We all have jobs here. I always made it possible to still be a patient of theirs but if you are looking for a good dentist, I suggest look somewhere else. The sad part is that the dentist is good and so is the hygienist but the front staff are horrible and they lack professionalism. So watch out!

Dr. Abram & his dental assistant Kenny are a funny pair. Came in for a quick cleaning & my experience was swift, thorough, painless, & pleasant. Appreciate y'all!!

Both my appointments were rescheduled without notice. They claimed to have called and couldn't leave a VM because my mailbox wasn't setup, which were lies.

I highly recommend Dr. Abrams. Before I met him I would avoid going to the dentist, today he extracted one of my molars & I can tell you I didn't feel anything at all. I'm thankful I have met him. He is great, he cares about his patients.

I had an appointment for 10 : 00 am , was there at 9:40 and signed in , I went to find out how long more wait I had after 10 : 30am they told me my appointment was canceled. Unbelievable

The service is pretty good but HAVE THEM WRITE DOWN your appointments on a card--you could make sure to write it yourself and put it in your calendar but, more than a few times, they've changed our appointment times WITHOUT notifying us and act like we should've known! JUST TODAY I was sent a reminder text about what I had as a 10AM appointment in my calendar (and you bet I entered it immediately when I'd made it) but the text stated 9:50. 10 minutes, no big deal to me, but then I'm later called to "confirm my 9:30AM appointment" and told "if you don't make it by 9:45 you'll have to be rescheduled." There is some incompetence going on with the scheduling and had been for a while.

So first off let me say I am literally the biggest hypochondriac Dr. Abram is the absolute BEST DENTIST EVER! He kindly answered all my questions about my exam and addressed all my fears so patiently. He gave me many safe options on what I should do about my complex situation regarding my missing laterals and also told me every pro and con in any treatment I would think about doing. Now Dr.Abram takes care of my entire family as well! We love his work. If you need a place to truly acknowledge all of your fears/concerns and take proper care of your teeth, This is the place to go.

This place is amazing. The girls in the front are very attentive and nice. They are very accommodating. The doctors are kind and helpful. Great work here
