I can't imagine that can do anything else to be better .... Just can't ... I had my son from Army for few days before deployment. They got him in next day for cleaning and check up and if needed any work . Super friendly , super professional , just greatest dentist office I been ever in my life . Would leave 10 stars if I could .

A wonderful dental office! My daughter has anxiety with the dentist and I can't say anything better about how they were today!! Kind, patient and caring!!! The front office was helpful and I'm so happy we go here.

Great place recommended by my best friend who couldn't compliment their service enough! She was right! Professional, yet friendly and made you feel comfortable from the beginning. From front desk to hygienenest and dentist, I give them two thumbs up! Sandy and Dr. Bilal are great!!!

This was the first dentist/hygienist that I felt very comfortable with; that says a lot for being nearly thirty years old. I am so happy to have found a place that is kind and caring!

The customer service is always good until this time. I understand that I have to wait outside because of COVID-19. But if it was running more than half hour late, should give us a call. Not just let us wait and forget about us. I need to call again to figure it it when I need to be in for seeing the doctor. Disappointing for the customer service this time. The manager called to follow up what happened on that day; and said that they will make it better better next time if the same situation happens again in the future. I believe that they will.

Spoke with Holly today to try and schedule an appointment to have my tooth fixed after a piece chipped off. Holly stated they accept Horizon but only the PPO plan. Made her aware my insurance cards don't state if it's a PPO/HMO and she told me I needed to call my insurance to figure it out because without my info she can't look it up. I made her aware I didn't mind giving her any info needed (I'm looking to switch my dentist so the people I've been calling today have been doing just that anyways). To me, it seemed as if this was too much work for her to do so I will continue my search for a new dentist. Very disappointed especially after reading the good reviews about this place.
