To remedy the situation, our dentists can provide you sedation dentistry experience.
Sedation dentistry is a simple, yet increasingly trending method of going to the dentist and undergoing a procedure without having to be awake for it. At Atlantic Dental Group, our dentists offer a couple options for sedation.
The most common method of sedation is through medication. You can ingest the sedation drug in the form of a pill and will lead you into a deep conscious sedation. It is a safe and effective solution for most patients, with minimal side effects such as situational amnesia and grogginess. Only dentists with specialized backgrounds may provide this solution.
Another option available is IV sedation. It is as safe as pill consumption, works near instantaneous and is much more effective. Just like oral consumption, IV sedation may also cause situational amnesia and only dentists with a specialized background may utilize this method.
A final option is available and is one you may have heard of previously. Thats nitrous oxide or laughing gas for familiarity. Its a good solution for those who wish to remain present during the procedure but need to ease their anxiety / dental phobia. Youll feel groggy and de-sensitized, but those feelings will ebb away by the time your treatment finishes.

I usually give reviews when a business does me wrong. This time I want to review my new dentist. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but coming here for my dental work has changed my mind. First of all, the hygienist Lourdes takes care not hurt me. She has done a few routine cleanings and deep cleanings and I end up with a nice big smile. She always takes time to explain and answer my questions. I also had extractions done, the Dr. Made sure I was numb before he started to work on me. As a matter of fact he was done before I knew it. I highly recommend this dental office. One last thing, they have very good prices here. I feel like they know that many of us are not taking home as much money as before, the prices are very affordable and always look for ways to help me. Now I have Invisalign's and very happy how my teeth are moving and getting straightened.

First off let me start by saying I hate the dentist but I'm sure everyone does. With that being said, Dr. Paz and Dr. Tamir are great dentists! They really get the job done efficiently and I rarely felt any pain .. they have done a few cavities of mine and pulled all four wisdom teeth out .. now I routinely go for my cleanings with Lourdes who makes me feel pretty relaxed while I am there.

Absolutely the best dentist I have been to, by far. This is not a boutique shop like most dentists look these days this is an honest to goodness great dentist, that will treat you fair & do good work at a reasonable price. I needed both implants and reconstructive work, both doctor Paz and Tamir along with the ladies in front and in the back did absolutely the best work . If I said that I looked forward to my visits, you would think I'm exaggerating but I absolutely did. Cuz I knew I was getting solid work done at a reasonable price and treated very well in the process. If you are truly looking for a great dentist, you just found it

I came here from several different dental groups, and after getting my deep cleaning done by Dr. Rodriguez I'll be coming here for all of my dental needs from now on. She is thoughtful, thorough, and observant! If you have any worries, Dr. Rodriguez makes sure you are comfortable and will careful with you! I've had issues in the past at other dental groups regarding doctors not considering my comfort, so it means a lot that Dr. Rodriguez took care of me with the utmost care. Thank you to all of the staff! You all are so friendly and amazing. I'll be back!

I recently started going to this dental office after being referred by a friend. The staff is extremely professional and well organize. Lourdes was my dentist and she did an excellent work, I hate the anestesia shots and she made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend this office and it's team!

I came to this office after having a bad experience with another dental office and have had a phenomenal experience. Lourdes has gone above and beyond to take care of all my dental needs and explain each procedure. She goes into great detail, explaining the importance of each cleaning as well as the necessity of it. Since being under her dental care, my oral health has increased significantly and my teeth look/feel 10x better than before. She was able to recommend a better toothbrush and show me better flossing techniques (including the incorporation of a waterpik) to implement while I have braces on. This office really cares for their patients and provides them top quality care without trying to sell you unnecessary procedures like other offices. I highly recommend this office to anybody seeking dental care!

The office staff is always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The dentists are excellent. The prices for implants are reasonable. It is fairly easy to get a appointments and to reschedule when necessary. I feel confident I am getting good dental care.

I've been coming to this dentist for years and the doctors are amazing. Lourdes is the hygienist and she does a great job!! She has helped me maintain my teeth so well. The office is also very safe and they take all the precautions to keep it safe for the patients. Highly recommend.

I just want to say Dr. Rodriguez is an awesome hygienist. Not only is she super friendly and professional, she really cares about her patients and their overall health. I appreciate her taking the time to explain to me the importance of gum health and helping me improve my teeth. Because of her my teeth are so much healthier. I will be honest, I was not aware how badly the condition of my teeth were, through various treatments, regular cleaning, and me putting in the work to be consistent in flossing and brushing correctly, I was able corrected my teeth and now they are healthy. I am very very very happy with my results and I recommend Dr. Rodriguez to anyone who is serious about getting their teeth healthy. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez!!

After consulting with a few dentist I came to Atlantic Dental for a free consultation and I have to mention that Dr Paz was great. He was very patient and nice, we went over all the options I had in depth and at the end he told me what procedure will be the most recommended . He could have easily charge me for procedures I don't need but he stayed honest and the procedure we decided to go with saved me a lot of money.

I've been coming to Atlantic Dental for about four years, traveling from Seal Beach. I have trusted them with several procedures on my teeth. Including, extraction, orthodontic procedure making a retainer. And now, teeth implants. I feel they have helped me save my teeth. Lourdes is the finest hygienist I've ever had. If she sees a concern she informs the doctor immediately and together they offer options. I would recommend her to anyone. Drs. Tamir and Paz are professional, efficient, and very attentive to their patients. They are thorough and really care about their patients. Atlantic dental is very conscientious in sanitizing their facility and following CDC guidelines.
