Dr. Coscia received a Bachelors Degree in Biology at Manhattanville College. He continued his doctoral studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. During dental school, Dr. Coscia was very involved in mentoring his peers in dental lab procedures and techniques. He also conducted periodontal research during his time in dental school. At graduation, he received an award for outstanding mentoring of his peers from the Dental Students Organization.
Upon completion of his studies, Dr. Coscia scored in the 97th percentile on his National Dental Boards. He continued his training in a General Practice Residency at the New York Hospital of Queens an affiliate of Cornell-Weill Medical College. This additional year of training afforded Dr. Coscia the opportunity of completing a wide variety of cutting-edge dental procedures which included placing and restoring dental implants and rotary-instrumented single visit root canals.
Dr. Coscia is an active member of the Nassau County Dental Society, New York State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Coscia is happily married and has two beautiful young daughters with which he loves to spend his free time. He also enjoys gardening, playing percussion instruments (drums), and a quiet dinner with family and close friends.

Dr. Coscia is very rude and unprofessional. He reports one thing to a patient in a consult and another to insurance. When asked about the discrepancy, he refused us service accusing my mother of being "combative." Professional gaslighter who is not upfront regarding his services/capabilities then acts accusatory when the patient gets confused. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Coscia is the kindest and smartest doctor I have ever seen! He took his time to evaluate my dental health as I came in for the first time to his office for my cleaning and check up! His staff was very friendly and from the moment I walked in i felt very comfortable!I don't like going to the dentist but I highly recommend him!!!!

I have been at this dentistry office for 4 years, the staff is friendly and the dentist is good at his proffesion. The hygenist is very good with patients and the staff as well. I reccomend this place 100%

I have anxiety over going to the dentist so I tend to procrastinate. It has been 2 years since I've had a cleaning and I also had to get a cavity refilled. Dr. Coscia was fast and efficient. He knew I was nervous so he made sure to keep asking if I felt any pain and if I was doing ok. There was no wait and the staff was also very nice. I will be going back.

Dr.Coscia and his staff are truly amazing. I have very little faith with dentists but this is an honest and wonderful practice. I knew what to expect every time I went into the room and there was no surprises. If I needed something to be work on, I got an explanation of why it needed to get done and how. The wait time isn't long compared to other places I've been to. I think the most I ever waited was 10 minutes. If you're looking for an honest dentist in this field, Dr.Coscia is your guy.

I came here for an appointment to fill my cavity, I was clearly a new patient. Firstly I was told I would see dr coscia, because that's who accepts my insurance, but I ended up seeing Michael Rosen. This was the most awful experience, firstly his hands reeked of cigarettes and he did not even wash his hands, second the equipment in the office wasn't even working, he kept having to hit equipment on the chair because it was malfunctioning, and then I told him I had a cavity in the front and he insisted that I didn't, but I just had a full X-ray done, and a previous dentist showed me but my insurance switched so I could no longer go to the old dentist. Third the entire office was so creepy, old and rather disgusting. The doctor was so rude he's like I don't see anything and walked out the room and told the hygienist / receptionist Leslie that she doesn't know what she's talking about. LIKE HELLO, I'm not a dentist genius obviously I'm not sure, but an X-ray doesn't lie. He was so rude, I will be reporting his behavior further, but honestly save yourself from this terrible experience. Cleanliness is so important, and the last this you need is a smokers hands in your mouth with a disgusting stench and bad manners. Leslie was sweet, but she knew he was a bad dentist and recommended I'd come at another time when another dentist is in, which means he should be fired. Bad for business, if even the staff knows he's a bad dentist, why is he representing your office, super poor choice. Definitely would not reccomend this place tonanyone, because even the owner doesn't have the decency to hire good doctors
