I have been coming here for years and always receive excellent care. Erica was hygienist today and took extra care of me with my sensitivity issues Staff is professional and courteous. Five stars for me.

Dr. Barnes, Latrallis and team are excellent. Dr. Barnes is extremely knowledgeable and creates a comfortable environment. Latrallis was great at addressing my (nervous :) questions and help make every appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Listen I'm absolutely scared of the dentist but the staff front and back office was so cool and down to earth. I felt so relaxed and safe with them. I will definitely keep them as my perio dr. And let me not forget to mention how clean the office was! I give them Five stars for sure

Patience they say is a virtue.... my teeth never felt so clean. Very gentle as I always have a fear of going to the dentist. I'll go back anytime. The staff and Dr. Barnes was very people friendly. A great place for my first experience, my husband was not lying....he spoke very highly of the staff.

The few times I've been here were great with Dr Barnes and the dental hygienists however my experience with the blonde wig lady at the front desk not so much. She comes across rude. I really need to book my next appointment so hopefully I can talk with someone else besides Michelle I think that's her name. I'll leave it there lol

I went for a consult over four months ago. I was waiting on an estimate from insurance before scheduling the procedures. The first treatment plan they submitted was missing a procedure code. The second treatment plan was denied by insurance because they submitted an invalid procedure code. The office does not have a scanner so they submit to insurance through snail mail. Office person provides zero follow up. Numerous phone calls and emails have never been returned. A family member highly recommended Dr. Barnes. I have scheduled my procedure with another provider. They electronically submitted the correct codes to insurance and I had estimate with out of pocket amount in 24 hours. I don't know how they stay in business with such incompetent office staff.

I have been going to Dr. Barnes for several years now. Dr. Barnes and her staff are very attentive and professional. I relocated out of state recently and will continue to travel back for my appointments. I have been very blessed.
