I am high maintenance when it comes to teeth and the doctor and his staff were of the highest quality when it came to expertise and kindness and patient care! I would wholeheartedly recommend Atlanta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implant center!

I have only good things to say about my entire experience as a patient. The staff is both friendly and very capable. The procedures were performed with excellent skill and excellent results! I have already brought two members of my family as patients and will continue to refer anyone I know who is in need of this type of care! So grateful for Dr. Loetscher. He is the best in his field as far as I'm concerned. My thanks to everyone I encountered as a patient there!

I really appreciate the care and professionalism of Dr Loetscher and his skilled team! Everything about them is first class. Dr Loetscher personally did his own post operation follow up call to make sure everything was going okay.

Highly Recommended I have a great appreciation for Dr. Loetscher who were very amicable and reassuring throughout the entire process before, during and after my dental implants surgery. What I really appreciate the most is the professional collaboration between Dr. Loetscher & Dr. Guillaume. This allows for an effective two-way communication between doctors and hence the best outcome. Thanks to all the team members who played a part in the comprehensive approach which was utilized by Dr. Loetscher and his team! It was warming to see professionals at work!

I Had a great experience at Atlanta Oral& Maxillofacial. iv'e never had any type of dental surgery before but Dr loetscher and his staff made sure that i was comfortable and informed. I even received a followup call same day of surgery just to make sure i was doing ok. Would definitely recommend.

The office was very organized and prompt . Everything concerning my two implants went as planned and my crowns were ordered. The staff members were pleasant and professional. Overall a very good experience.

My Dentist told me "Dr.Loetscher is the best" for what I needed. I got my temporary bridge today & it is beautiful. I was very nervous about the surgery but knew I had to do it! My smile is so important to me. It's the first thing I notice when I meet someone. I had no pain afterwards and that's how you know the Surgeon is good. Swelling & bruising are normal but no pain makes it all worthwhile! The caring surgical staff were all so kind & professional. I would highly recommend this practice for your surgical needs. Believe me, you're in very good hands!

WARNING! Hate to post negative reviews, but this is warranted. Loetscher did bone graph and damaged nerves. Still numb and can't speak properly after 10 months. Also can't sing nor play wind instruments, which I've done my entire life. This dental office has the potential to ruin your life. DONT RISK IT! Loetscher should have made a claim with his insurance, so that a competent surgeon could be compensated to remedy his failure, but instead, he says it may take years for numbness to fade. Without intervention, it most likely is permanent. The staff were very nice.. however the end result is the problem. Also, Loetscher's marketing people (Shannon and Kaylie) who are NOT surgery patients of Loetscher, post 5 star reviews for both offices. This is how they operate.

I had a great experience with Dr. Loetscher and his team. I had wisdom teeth extraction surgery. Before the procedure, the staff was prepared, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They were short staff but we're extremely apologetic and were able to provide exceptional care. I was out in no time. He also called later that day to make sure I was okay. I also messaged him on Google with a concern late at night and he responded, and followed up the next day with a phone call! He definitely cares for his patients. I would recommend!

This was our 3rd time having wisdom teeth removed by Dr Loetscher and all 3 surgeries have been amazing experiences. The ease of scheduling, the greeting by the front staff upon arrival, the beautiful facility, and the caring treatment of my sons by the nurses before, during, and after the procedure were all so appreciated. Honestly my sons recovered so much quicker than their friends who used other surgeons. Hardly any swelling or pain, and no anesthesia side effects. Dr Loetscher even personally called me to check on his patients after their procedures. I couldn't be happier with our choice to use Atlanta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr Loetscher, DDS, MS Is the best! My son had declark plates put in five years ago and just had them removed last week as well as his wisdom teeth. Both surgeries although five years apart were a positive experience. Having surgery for your child could be one of the scariest experiences, unless you have Dr Loestscher and his team. They really know what they're doing and also make the experience a good one.

Was so glad to find a doctor that could give my son an implant for his tooth that never grew in. The other doctors said the space was too small and that he would have to get bridge every 10 years. Now he has a permanent false tooth that could last the rest of this life.

Im 1000% satisfied with my implants i healed up within 3 days no pain at all i knew from the moment i meet Dr. Loetscher that i was dealing with professionals it took me 1 week to adjust to my implants and i love them and i can say this the best investment i invested on thanks again

I have seen Dr. Loetscher for a few procedures now and he is always looking for ways to solve problems that result in the best chance of success and reduced pain for the patient. His team is great at making you feel comfortable, taking care of you throughout the entire process and following up to make sure everything is going OK. Highly recommend!
