Just recently I had to have a tooth extracted and an implant. The front office staff was great and professional. The surgical team was outstanding they took their time to explain to me more about the procedure, answer any questions I had and calm my nerves. Dr. Bankston is the best, he treated me like I was his only patient, took time to explain the procedure and does awesome work. I would highly recommend the AOFS team!!!

Doctor Bankston and staff are awesome!!! They have been amazing with my dental implant procedure and made me feel very comfortable as its nerve-racking to have an implant in the front tooth especially. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Bankston was very professional, he took the time to understand my specific situation, answered all my questions and put me at ease with the overall procedure. The extraction went without a hitch I was out of there before I knew it , no pain and a tremendous pain free recovery. Thank you to the whole staff for squeezing me in on short notice for this emergency extraction, I will definitely be recommending your facility!

He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Upon completion of his formal education, he decided to return home to Ga.. He joined Dunwoody Oral & Facial Surgery in June 1999.

Had the most amazing experience with Atlanta Oral & Facial surgery in Johns Creek. My son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was terrified. This was his first medical procedure ever and really was dreading the whole process. Dr. Belinfante was so great with him. He explained every detail and joked along the way. He really put BOTH of us at ease and I knew my boy was in great hands. The entire staff was so friendly and empathetic to each and every concern. Dr. Belinfante was very patient and thorough when walking me through follow up care and personally called to follow up the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. My family highly recommends this team for all oral and facial surgery needs- 5 stars without hesitation!!

AOFS and Dr. Belinfante are absolutely great! Exceptional care from start to finish! The staff took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and checked if we had any questions. Dr. Belinfante was wonderful and even called personally to check on my sons the day after surgery. I couldn't ask for any better than the care we got going to AOFS!

Dr. Belinfante is the best! Took me in quickly when I was in a lot of pain and extracted my bad tooth quickly and with no pain or discomfort. His staff was fantastic as well. Thank you all so much for taking great care of me in a pinch. Im grateful to have found you.

I meet with my dental surgeon today. Everyone was so nice. It is a beautiful office. They make you feel comfortable by making it homey feeling. It was extremely clean, organized. They are definitely on top of it. They worked thru my issues and made a plan of action. They are going to coordinate my care from there with what needs to be done going forward. They will then coordinate my care my other doctor after they are done. Thank you to all you. Dr. Nunn was so professional and nice. He was so cool with this mirror and calling out what needed to be done with each, it was impressive. I look forward to getting this done and I know I am in great hands with Dr. Nunn and his amazing staff. They are all such great people. This is the place to go for your dental surgical needs. They explain everything to you. Thanks again everyone at A.O.F.S.

The only worker with a good attitude was a young receptionist. Everyone else was cold and disregarding. Surgeon was in and out of the room, rushed when explaining, and barely gave any time to even think about any potential questions and concerns. Not what you want to encounter when talking about surgery. I recommend Beninato's dental office instead, a million times better service!

I had a back tooth pulled today because of an abscess that had gone into my sinus cavity because I cracked the filling in my root from grinding my teeth, When I first met Dr. Nunn for my first appointment I wasn't very sure about him but I have bad dental anxiety from a previous dentist years ago. Today when I went in he could tell I was nervous but he was amazing and was constantly telling me what he was going to be doing before he did it, constantly asking to make sure I didn't feel any pain. His staff is also amazing, I would recommend him and his staff. I'm looking forward to him doing my implant.

Going to have a tooth extraction is not a pleasant experience, here it was. This was my first and hopefully last. But the entire staff were just friendly and accommodating, what more needs to be said. Oh yeah, classic rock was playing while waiting to be brought back. So yeah great experience for me.

Feb 2022 This was my first office visit to the practice. Staff is unusually warm, happy and friendly. I saw Dr Nunn whose training is extensive and impressive. Schedule was amazingly on time. I credit this to the doctor's brief time in the room. He was able to spend little time with me because: 1) my problem is straightforward and uncomplicated 2) I am a medical person so I speak the language and had minimal questions. 3) his assistant obtained thorough background info on me alleviating the need for him to extract info from me. The office called me within 18 hours post-appointment to share insurance coverage info with me. I had numerous questions about insurance coverage and the staff person was exceedingly helpful to me. My only negative comments are that Dr Nunn never introduced himself which is basic doctor courtesy and I don't recall him ever smiling while in the room. I don't expect a specialist like him to be my best friend; however, I would have preferred a warmer manner. Maybe I caught him on a day when he was not at his best or he was up all night reconstructing a face after trauma. To be honest, I selected him because of his training. One can argue he will be functioning as a high level technician fixing my problem. Next time I see him, I'll expect a straightforward, slightly cool demeanor. That's fine. August 2022. Follow up: I had the extraction performed on April Fools Day! It went without a hitch. Tried the laughing gas (my first experience with it) and, apparently, I'm one of those people who feel no obvious effect from it. It's possible it helped with pain but I can't really say since he numbed my mouth up really well. I had absolutely no pain whatsoever. Dr Nunn was more animated this time. For someone with his training and experience, this was a simple procedure; however, he obviously was very careful about doing a good job. In other words, he had no appearance of taking my little procedure for granted. That's what I look for: someone who works just as hard on a simple tooth extraction as they would on reconstructing a face after a multitrauma car wreck. At this 2nd visit, the staff was again quite friendly. I had some unanticipated pain a week or so after the procedure and they got me right in to double check things. (Everything was fine) I still need to have the implant placed and will update after that.
