Just recently I had to have a tooth extracted and an implant. The front office staff was great and professional. The surgical team was outstanding they took their time to explain to me more about the procedure, answer any questions I had and calm my nerves. Dr. Bankston is the best, he treated me like I was his only patient, took time to explain the procedure and does awesome work. I would highly recommend the AOFS team!!!

Doctor Bankston and staff are awesome!!! They have been amazing with my dental implant procedure and made me feel very comfortable as its nerve-racking to have an implant in the front tooth especially. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Bankston was very professional, he took the time to understand my specific situation, answered all my questions and put me at ease with the overall procedure. The extraction went without a hitch I was out of there before I knew it , no pain and a tremendous pain free recovery. Thank you to the whole staff for squeezing me in on short notice for this emergency extraction, I will definitely be recommending your facility!

Had the most amazing experience with Atlanta Oral & Facial surgery in Johns Creek. My son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was terrified. This was his first medical procedure ever and really was dreading the whole process. Dr. Belinfante was so great with him. He explained every detail and joked along the way. He really put BOTH of us at ease and I knew my boy was in great hands. The entire staff was so friendly and empathetic to each and every concern. Dr. Belinfante was very patient and thorough when walking me through follow up care and personally called to follow up the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. My family highly recommends this team for all oral and facial surgery needs- 5 stars without hesitation!!

AOFS and Dr. Belinfante are absolutely great! Exceptional care from start to finish! The staff took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and checked if we had any questions. Dr. Belinfante was wonderful and even called personally to check on my sons the day after surgery. I couldn't ask for any better than the care we got going to AOFS!

Dr. Belinfante is the best! Took me in quickly when I was in a lot of pain and extracted my bad tooth quickly and with no pain or discomfort. His staff was fantastic as well. Thank you all so much for taking great care of me in a pinch. Im grateful to have found you.

I am very pleased with the entire experience with Dr. Threadgill. His entire team was extremely pleasant and helpful. Kristina, Joanna and Alana made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Threadgill placed an implant and kept me informed of exactly what to expect each step of the way and did it with compassion and care! I also liked how Dr. Threadgill called me after the procedure to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend AOFS to anyone!

I can't recommend this place enough! I have had two extractions with Dr. Threadgill (most recently a couple weeks ago) and it was about as great of an experience as you can have if you have to have oral surgery! I have severe anxiety from dental procedures and Dr. Threadgill took time to listen to my concerns and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They send you home with clear post-op instructions and these super cute cold packs to make sure you're comfortable for the remainder of your recovery. Both times, it was an emergency situation, and the office was able to get me in within a matter of days. I'll never trust anyone else with my oral surgery issues and truly thank Dr. Threadgill and his staff for their fabulous service and kind bedside manner.

**Adendum to original message* Dr.Threadgill personally called and offered to assist me. Even encouraging me to call him, directly. There's still something very wrong but I thought that deserved an extra star.*** If you struggle with anxiety this is not the place. I have had 3 large cuts in my gums and am currently experiencing extreme swelling and tenderness. They gave me 10 turodal, which is an anti-inflammatory, at my request and 5, 5 mg norcos the day I got the teeth removed. Today has been the worst day of pain and swelling and after not sleeping well, I took the last Norco I had. I called the office. They instructed me to take Ibuprofen. I informed them that the turadol is not to be mixed with any other antiinflammatory. It can cause liver failure. She responded with a comment "that's not really true. You can take it." I requested more Norco so I could sleep this evening. I had to get off work and go to the office. The nurse that was assisting Dr.Threadgill was also telling me to take Ibuprofen. I don't think these women are educated on medication. In my extreme frustration and pain I eventually cried from the annoyance and obvious lack of care from the professional team. Dr.Threadgill gave me a antibiotic that I told him does not work well with my immune system. He still prescribed the clindamycin even after I told him. And gave me 5 more 5 mg Norco. I'm exhausted, I'm in agony . I hope I never go back. I'd keep searching for an oral surgeon. Adding to original message: I even had the pharmacist request the antibiotic that I know works for me, the request was ignored. I believe they have too many patients and not enough time. I wish I would have made a different choice in teeth care. It's now the weekend and I believe I have an infection in my jaw. Because of the insufficient care, I'm now facing a weekend as a mother of 5 kids trying to decide if I need to go to the hospital. There is NO WAY these reviews are real! After my negative review they had a positive one. It seems fishy. They reply with the message but I'm telling you they don't care! If I help, even one, person, this review was worth the time. I wish my endodontist did removal. Dr.Diddato is amazing!!! If you need an endodontist go see Dr.Diddato. Extremely efficient and the staff is very knowledgeable and caring.

9 year old son had his wisdom tooth removed along with the Odontoma. The staff and doctor Threadgill were great. They took their time explaining the procedure, why it was necessary and what the benefits would be. They were excellent at putting our 9 year old at ease and assuring him. The follow-up care instruction given were easy to follow and resulted in minimal swelling and little discomfort. The boy was eating well that evening! Thank you to the staff and doctor Threadgill for the excellent care and treatment of our son and family.

Last week during my lunch break I called this place to make an appointment. She who answered the phone put me on a hold twice for twenty minutes, then hung up the phone. I called them right back. The other lady answered saying the doctor I requested a visit with does not see TMJ. If the doctor does not see TMJ, then why the other lady even bother to put me on hold. I wasted my whole lunch time. No apology was made by any of those ladies. Terrible customer service.
