DIRTY & GREEDY. First - this office is disgusting. It's dirty. Dirty rags and dirty/used gloves everywhere, (I work in the medical field and have training on proper medical sanitation, this office was unacceptably dirty. Something like an episode of Hoarders) stacks of unmanaged paperwork sitting around everywhere. The exam chair was visibly covered in debris and probably has not been wiped down in months. I am actually sick to my stomach when I think about how the mouthpiece for the xray machine probably has not been wiped down between patients as I did not see any tech wipe it before or after me. When I first arrived the first tech said they DID take my insurance, then another tech came over and said they do not but she will give me paperwork & codes so I can submit the claim to my insurance myself. Im no insurance broker but common sense-wise that does not add up to me, sounds like they are lazy and do not want to do the paperwork themselves.. so I just paid the $265 as my situation was somewhat of an emergency. After telling me I have a fracture in my jaw that did not require surgery, they tried to sell me on a $1000 mouth guard which I declined due to the doctor explaining to me that the injury can heal on its own with no issues as it was small and not out of place, and that the guard was not totally necessary. They refused to prescribe me any sort of pain medication because I opted out of paying for the $1000 mouth guard saying that it's like if someone breaks an arm bone they dont just get pain meds they get a cast... (which im pretty sure even people that break other bones still get pain medications..?) He also told me I have a lot of inflammation and wouldn't even prescribe me an anti-inflammatory medication. A waste of my time and money. I would advise anyone to stay away. OH and the doctor was making crude jokes about my immigration status as my name is obviously Russian although I am a citizen of this country and have been for over 20 years. He also joked about giving me a lobotomy. Disgusting.

4:00 on Thursday I broke my front tooth the day before leading a work conference. They let me come in and got me straight to the chair, stayed late and had a temporary made for me before I left. I can't say enough about them, very friendly, professional, and masters of their trade. I will be making the 4 hour drive from my home to have them do the surgery. Not to mention, my fiance said the temporary looks better than the original. I can't thank them enough. If you're in need these are the people to see

I have Known Dr.Padosky for 22 years. He makes sure that his protegees know they make sure they everything is kept clean. At least they make sure I had the gas of sleep, so that I would not use my special gifts of justice. They even had a new nasal gas mask in lime green. When I felt it, I was so sleepy. At least I had a great check up.

Just want to share my horrific story to all patients that choose to go here. I've been going to Dr. Padolsky for 3 years. I've had 2 teeth he could saved. The first 1 I had a root canal and a crown that cost me 3,000 out of pocket and it didnt last for 2 years so I had to have it pulled. The other tooth I could of paid out of pocket to get done so I could save it, but they didn't give me that option they wanted to wait for my insurance to kick in. So my last visit to get my filling I paid up front for the filling. I paid 300. on my unemployment card and 107.35 on my bank card. Only to find out the tooth had gotten so bad they couldnt fill it, they recommended I get another root canal/ crown or an extraction. At this point I am crying in the dentist chair upset I have another tooth that he cannot save. Not to mention my face is numb permanently from him scraping my gums to hard. So I tell them I want my money refunded I'll find another dentist. Meanwhile the front desk girl and Jon the supposed office manager are cutting up and making funny faces to each other and bursting out laughing as I sit in the dentist chair in tears. I told them I thought they are very unprofessional. Jon gave me a refund on both my cards which he gave me a paper copy that approved the refunds to both cards. That day my 300. Was put back on my unemployment card that day. Only to find out 3 weeks later the office REVERSED the 300. Refund and took it out in 2 different debit purchases on the same day. My bank card of 107.35 was NEVER REFUNDED. This office did not do any work and as upset as I am called them to speak to a manager that was a female who would not give me her name and who would not help me with this issue she kept putting me on hold and the girls at the front desk were LAUGHING at my problem and would not help me at all. They tried to put the situation off on Jon the office manager that was not in. But if someone else is directed as the manager when he is not there then why are they not able to do manager duties and REFUSE to give me names. I am appalled at the childish unprofessional attitudes I have recieved over and over again. The girls think this situation is funny but I do not. I am 45 years old with these girls barely of age to drink talking to me like a child and bullying me. Since they are refusing to refund my money for the filling I paid for I have had put a fraud investigation out on this dentist office. BEWARE this place is the worst I've ever been to in my life. DO NOT GO HERE.

This dental office comes off very sketchy and seems to have unethical practices. The waiting area is very dirty as well. I do not recommend coming here at all! Waited an hour before being told to pay $265 for just an exam even though I have insurance because it's Saturday and they can't verify it. Why couldn't you say that when I walked in?! Then goes on to say your insurance will reimburse you for the payment but not sure if it would be the entire amount. I just decided to leave. Seems like they are just greedy and take advantage of people who need to be seen at the dentist on Saturday. They make you wait awhile before telling you to pay an outrageous amount out of pocket just to be seen!!

Do NOT go here. I have heart disease and take a beta blocker to slow my heart rate down. They injected me with epinephrine and sent me into afib!!! Then the younger dentist that was taking care of me wanted another image besides my xrays and inserted a long thick metal post into the abcess that I had. It was attached to a cord that ran along the floor. He tripped over it and the post was jerked within my abcess. I now have numbness of my bottom lip and chin and will have to see another doctor to repair the damage done to my alveolar nerve. He also wanted to pull my tooth with me on blood thinners.. my cardiologist was shocked by this practice since she said the bleeding would be severe.. This is how the Dr Padlosky always does extractions on heart patients. I'm lucky that they referred me to another practice of oral surgeons. Glad to be alive after all that I've been through. But still no feeling in my lip and chin!!!

Told me they take walk ins on saturday. Waited an hour just to be told they are closing and the dentist can only see me for $265 but not do any treatment. Office staff were laughing and joking around while I'm in pain trying to argue that there is no reason to pay if he can't treat. Super rude unfriendly please save your money and go somewhere else

Called last night for emergency toothache, gave Aetna as my insurance. They had just closed but told me to come in the morning at 8am. I drove through Atlanta traffic, missed work, completed pages of my personal information while sitting in office with front desk staff sneezing often. Thank goodness they had on masks. Sat for an hour just to be told we don't take your insurance.

Came in for a new patient exam/cleaning and it was super smooth and easy! All the staff (receptionists, x-ray tech, hygienist, and doctor) were very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Doctor P told me he is shocked that I am so thin, and that most people with my tmj condition are heavy weight, wished I would have read the reviews before consulting.

I thought Dr. Padolsky's comments about my appearance were inappropriate (especially for just a dental cleaning). I canceled my next appointment because I will not be returning.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are SO disorganized and unprofessional. I had been rescheduled 3 times just to get a cleaning. Only for them to tell me I have a bill from 2 years ago that they never communicated! I was blind sided! Who does that!? Do not waste your time at this place. You will be disappointed! I guarantee! Switching to a new dentist IMMEDIATELY!

I went for a interview on or around 1/20/2022. I was told I was hired I was given a pay rate of $15/hr but no start date. Dr Podalsky assigned me 15-20 videos and homework. Links were broken videos were unavailable. I emailed as well as called with no response. I am from out of state and was looking forward to employment. It did seem to good to be true that he was offering to pay for dental school under the table which I'm going to call licensing and find out if this is legal. I am a law student who just graduated with a 3.58 gpa. I am not upset that I did not get the job I'm upset how unprofessional this is and how I feel I was racially profiled. In order to keep the 3 women identities safe so they will not lose their jobs I won't mention names but they told me I was better off not taking the job and he is horrible to work for he yells at them and has 0 communication skills. I guess I dodged a bullet.

Love this dental office! Very friendly and welcoming staff, very efficient office, and very skilled dentists. My first visit was after a wisdom tooth infection when I first moved here. They were the only office that could get me in the next day (after calling many in-town offices) and I haven't left since. I've had 4 wisdom teeth removed here, 2 of which were impacted, and each time the procedure has gone well and has been quick (30 min or less, and I was able to drive myself there and back as it was just local anesthesia). My only complaint is that I've had confusion with how insurance is accepted here in the past especially when my insurance wants to file a procedure as medical and dental and the office said that wasn't possible at first but I think we eventually got it all squared away.

I drove 3 hours to see them on an emergency visit on New years eve. They did a great job. I would definitely go back.
