Dr. Williams office functions as a TEAM and has consistently delivering professional and personalized treatment -- bridges, crowns, etc. -- in a warm, caring atmosphere to my husband and myself over the past 3-4 years. Great attention is taken to ensure best function and best appearance. What a relief that they are also wonderful with urgent care work-in appointments! Ms. Margo, dental technician, is such a delight! Arrive early and enjoy the "big rocks" displayed in the comfortable waiting room and end your visit with a convenient stop at Publix and/or other shops across the street in the Toco Hills Shopping Center.

My experience is likely one that many of you are experiencing so Ill use this review to help and encourage you to make a better decision in spending your money more wisely with the by product effect of cleaning up the exploitative tactics that a large majority of this industry uses and this office is no different by upholding the status quo. You dollars can create a revolution by choosing not to accept consultation charges especially if you have previously had one and in possession of your X-rays. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON CONSULTATIONS!!! I was charged a consultation charge for less than 5 minutes of peeking into my mouth and conveniently ignored afterwards after expressing my displeasure with their business model and level of greed in pricing their implants in an email. Their implants are twice the average price at over 5 thousand dollars. I have since found an office with almost 10 times the amount of positive reviews, no consultation charge, and 2500 per implant. I have been to 4 offices and contacted over 50 offices this year in finding a worthy business to patronize. I have seen and heard many lies, half truths, and excuses as to why a PAID consultation was necessary. The reality is they want to penalize and discourage you from price shopping for better suited providers and form a competition less environment for them to operate in. Kathy was able to circumvent my defenses when I called in to ask if they would take a look at my X-rays by initially being helpful and agreeing where many others simply ignored or told me I had to come in for a consultation for a quick question. A week after sending my X-rays, I got no call or email back. I called back and heard a sigh of frustration which I took no offense to since I couldn't be sure who it was directed at. In hindsight it was the first sign of passive aggressiveness I would experience. She explained that my photo was blurry which I disagreed with but again her initial helpfulness kept my faith in her. She misled me to believe that I likely needed some work done and so I agreed to come in and even pay to have the possible fragments removed that were left by my previous surgeon after a consultation. Instead I needed no work done and in a few minutes I was out of there but still had to pay a consultation charge. The irony is most practices collude in upholding consultation charges and other fees in the industry but very few will work to keep the integrity of the dental profession upright by cleaning up where their industry peers have fallen short. Instead they will distance themselves from their work and act like they don't know where you came from by doubting the seriousness of your intent as a customer i.e (charging another non transferable consultation fee). The medical profession is unlike many other professions in that they have an intimate relationship with their customers with the potential to negatively or positively effect every waking moment of our lives. There is no room for leeches such as this practice that places the dollar first and the patient last. Spend the extra time in finding the right office that cares about you first and also trusts in the high quality of their service being enough to get reimbursed in exchange for their time after proving themselves. Offices that charge consultation fees heavily outnumber those that don't at this time but you can help change that even though it will take more effort on your part but you are making a change that the others that come after you will greatly appreciate. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DONT SPEND MONEY ON CONSULTATIONS, STARVE THE LEECHES!!! P.S. They offer Coca Cola as a complimentary drink in their waiting room. If I haven't said enough, offering soda which is one of the leading causes in tooth decay at a dentist office should speak volumes about their level of progressiveness, care, and ultimate regard for the health and well being of their patients. Perhaps its part of their marketing plan to ensure a recurring customer base is the only guess that I can come up with.

I've always enjoy going to ADA, never had an issue. The office always smells great (gotta find out what scent that is). Kelly, Michelle and the staff are amazing. You could get caught up chatting with Kelly that you'll forget that you came in for an appointment. Dr. Williams is one cool guy, he has no problem explaining procedures or alternatives to caring for your teeth, especially post-care. Unlike other dentist's I've been too that will tell you to just brush (no kidding). Spoiler alert: Dr. Myles is a painter.
