The 2 stars represents the staff at the front desk. Dr. Victorine is awesome & really cares, so her review as a Dentist is 5 stars hands down. I was referred here by a good friend of mine. It took a while to get someone to make an appointment because I would call and no answer. Fast forward, I finally got an appointment & a cleaning. I thought the customer service was great & Dr. Victorine is amazing. I came back for a crown-no issues. I kept feeling sensitive to cold, so I came back twice. Dr Victorine wanted to make sure there were no issues & said I may need a root canal. Fast forward to last month. My tooth was in so much pain, it woke me up around midnight. They're closed on Tuesday. I reached the office on Wednesday & was told they couldn't squeeze me in. I asked the guy if he could just give me my referral info since I lost it, & I was going a different Endodontist that could see me right away. He said if Dr. Victorine gave me a referral, I have to use that Endodontist. Which I explained to him, that's not true. She just gives a referral, but I can go anywhere. This was about 10 something that morning. I'm still in excruciating pain & on day 3 of no sleep. He said he will let Dr. Victorine know & call me back. I called back around 12p & he said she's still with patients. I was perplexed because this was an absolute dental emergency. That afternoon the lady from the front desk called me back. She wasn't empathetic or the nice person that I've talked to in the past. She really could care less. She did send my referral & confirmed that I could go anywhere. Thankfully, Dr. Victorine called me & called in some antibiotics & different pain meds. I did need a root canal. The Endodontist said he put temporary filling in, but my Dentist will have to put permanent filling in. I called and the lady at the front desk nonchalantly said I need to wait 2 weeks to make sure there's no issues. No problem, I waited almost 3 weeks. I called on a Thursday & they were going to work me in that next Thursday. She called back & said Dr. Victorine couldn't work me in, but she would call me back & let me know when to come. No problem, I definitely understood. They're closed on Friday, so I didn't expect a call. Monday came & went-no call. I figured they're probably busy. They are closed on Tuesday. Wednesday I left a message. No call back and no call today and they're closed on Fridays. The people at the front desk can care less about a patient's real life emergency. You would think they would be sympathetic & follow-up immediately, but no sense of urgency. It's just sad. I'm sorry that I had to write this review because Dr. Victorine & her Dental Hygienist is great.

Customer service is trash. If you don't know how to use a computer, set appointments or deal with customers find a new job! Charles was the worst. He didn't know anything and had the audacity to be rude. I had to check him. Because of his mannerisms and lack of capability I will not go back to this office. Dr. Victorine is very nice and professional but I started using her before Charles was working there. Our relationship stops here though. I can't deal with the lack of mental capacity of this man.

The dental hygienist was one of the worse that I have ever experienced. Even though I may be sensitive to cold there is no reason for such a rough cleaning experience. More time needs to be taken to give better customer care rather than rushing to get to the next appointment. Dr. Victorine is an excellent dentist but the hygienists' needs more empathy in dealing with each case individually.

I love the way I was treated and how Dr victorine changed my life around. I can smile with confident. She truly did the job I wanted to get done a long time ago. Every dentist that I went to did not offer me the treatment she gave me. I recommend this office to everyone!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is trash. If you don't know how to use a computer, set appointments or deal with customers find a new job! Charles was the worst. This was truly an experience I will never forget. This office was AMAZING! Started from the front desk all the way up! The ENTIRE STAFF is very professional and the teeth cleaning services was like none other. Simply AMAZING!

Very poor customer service at this dental office. The receptionist are not professional at all even the male receptionist. I chose this dentist office because it was in my insurance network. My visit I got X-rays done and the doctor informed me she would not be able to do my cleaning at the time and gave me a referral. I paid my co pay only to be told by my insurance that I over payed and that they are billing me for a cleaning that I never received. I informed the receptionist and she told me she was going to get with my insurance. Once they handled the claim process she asked if I wanted a credit and I told her no I want a refund. She stated she will get with the doctor and she's probably gonna refund a check. I explained to her I didn't know people are still using checks and that I paid with my debit card. Weeks passed by and I totally forgot and when I call'd to see what the hold up is with my refund I just keep getting the run around. Bad customer service. Do not attend this dentist office.

Dr. Victorine has been providing excellent care for my teeth for more than 8 years! I absolutely love the patience and knowledge she and her staff have. I have had a LOT of work completed on my teeth from routine cleanings, X-rays, fillings, crowns and root canals. I used to cringe when it was time to visit the dentist. Now I actually find pleasure in going because Dr. Victorine is very thorough and has been awesome in helping to ensure I am comfortable with the process of maintaining healthy teeth.

Intent to make appointment for my daughters,spoked with Tiffany who has a very poor customer service ,denied to look for date of the appointment I Ask her for ,inform me that I had to contact my insurance after I had advised I'm looking at insurance website and showing dr as a provider and was adv by my insurance to make appointment first before I choose them as doctor,and then call insurance.Unfortunately the way they do business with no empathy to customer needs will prevent new patients to come for service
